Therefore, I would like to share my insights on using Sprinklr for social media management. Firstly the tool has a 30-day free trial, and my company pays $599 per month to operate it. Being such a comprehensive platform, I love several things about Sprinklr; some benefits are being able to monitor multiple accounts and keywords, connecting with over 35 social networks, and bulk-schedule social media posts. The reporting feature of Sprinklr is slightly complicated and can be more intuitive.

The main advantages of using Sprinklr include its flexibility to use, admin management of users, gathering helpful insights by analyzing case data, instant delivery of social media posts, different levels of interactions between social media professionals and customers, and queue management to monitor the on-going progress of the social media marketing campaigns. But, we face difficulties in sending direct messages to social profiles that don't belong to our follower base.
