We Rapyder Cloud Solutions use SpyFu. We have been using the software for over 1 year. Our day starts with logging in to various tools for rank checks, backlink checks, and more. Very easy UI to master ad gives exactly what an SEO would need to carry out competitor research. The very easy interface is even usable by even an SEO newcomer. Rich in PPC and SEO research items. Ideally suited for competitor research. The tool can be integrated using API or we can use the web interface directly to fetch the data. Spyfu quickly returns the analysis we ask for and shares analytics that can help an SEO to make data-oriented decisions. For a semi-experienced SEO team, SpyFu's features would suffice and it comes nearly 3x cheaper than the industry leader. I felt SEMRush and Moz have more features. Direct integrations are available but not as good as what many other competitors are offering.

SpyFu provides more varied insights at a better price when implemented for SEO purpose at WebTek, which can make a difference for some agencies. SpyFu is unparalleled at analyzing paid campaigns. While most competitor research tools struggle to provide accurate data on smaller campaigns, SpyFu can succeed at this. Once again, the lower price point and local options make it the right tool for many digital agencies.

We’ve tried out various tools at Better Proposals and they have their own strengths and weaknesses. SpyFu is perhaps the most accurate tool for investing PPC. The data it pulls is always accurate and no other tool comes close. It is having some minor UX issues, but they are getting fixed over time.

I have used my fair share of paid SEO tools in my career at TopSailDigital and I have had a paid account for Spyfu.

My favorite thing about Spyfu is Pay per click research and Competitor Research. I think other software does provide this feature but SpyFu really shines.

Drop your competitor link into SpyFu and you can easily see the competitor’s top Pay Per Click Keywords and get an estimate of how much they are paying for the clicks. SpyFu does the completion and Pay Per Click research extremely well.

I've used Spyfu for SEO projects at Leadhub for very specific competitor research into historical data and we only do that for PPC.

After using Spyfu software for our company - TimePayment Corp., we seemed the software to be a simpler tool that has fewer crawling capabilities and doesn't give as much information as other software does.

SpyFu is our go-to tool for competitor research at Octiv Digital. The tool’s “Kombat” feature allows us to see different pools of keywords between our clients and their competitors. SpyFu makes up where other platforms lack in competitor data. While it is great for competitor research, the only con to SpyFu is its link data. It factors in some link data, but it’s not as extensive as other platforms.
