SuperOps has become an essential, intuitive platform that powers 90% of my daily work tasks efficiently.

My experience with SuperOps has been excellent, as it now handles the majority of my daily workload. The intuitive interface, quick search capabilities, and dashboard tabs make navigation and task management simple and efficient—much better than other services I’ve used. Migrating devices, tickets, and workflows into SuperOps was incredibly smooth, taking less than a day to complete. Features like the runbook and approvals process have drastically reduced repetitive tasks, turning multi-step email processes into single-click actions. Additionally, the customer support team is responsive and proactive in keeping me updated.

Switching to SuperOps from N-able N-Central has been a refreshing and highly productive experience.

Our transition to SuperOps a few months ago was smooth, and it has significantly improved our daily operations. The platform’s scripting capabilities and automatic EDR deployment work seamlessly, while Splashtop provides reliable remote session access to end-user machines. Windows patching has also been effective for our needs. The support team and our account representative have been highly responsive, making the overall experience pleasant. Additionally, custom reports have helped us identify and clean up outdated hardware, adding more value to our processes.

SuperOps is a highly efficient and user-friendly platform

My experience with SuperOps has been fantastic from the start. It was easy to implement, simple for staff to learn, and backed by best-in-class customer support. I initially introduced SuperOps at an MSP and now continue to use it as a CIO in my current company. One of the most impressive aspects is how fast the system is evolving, with new features added regularly based on user feedback. Over 2.5 years of usage, I’ve found SuperOps far superior to larger competitors, helping us gain better control over client setups, especially during our transition from traditional Active Directory to Intune with 400+ computers across 32 sites.

My experience with SuperOps has been very pleasant, especially during the transition from Jira.

Switching from Jira to SuperOps was seamless, and I quickly adapted to the platform without any issues. One of the standout features for me is the ability to use timers on individual tickets, allowing precise tracking of the time spent on each task. Additionally, the integrated Splashtop remote connection worked flawlessly and proved to be extremely useful. SuperOps has made managing endpoints, networks, and documentation across various locations much easier. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the "Send and change status" function, which sometimes required multiple clicks to activate, causing slight frustration during use.

Our experience with SuperOps has been positive as it provides a comprehensive PSA-RMM platform tailored for MSPs. The remote monitoring and management (RMM) feature is particularly impressive with its clean user interface, ease of access, and multi-platform support. The ability to access the host system remotely using tools like file explorer and command line without interrupting the customer adds significant value to our operations. Additionally, SuperOps helps us manage alerts, endpoint monitoring, patch management, and network visibility effectively. However, there are a few drawbacks — the documentation section lacks a file preview option, requiring us to download documents for viewing. Occasionally, the RMM tool fails, forcing us to reinstall it.

SuperOps has everything you need to get your IT service business running efficiently.

Using SuperOps has been a great experience for our IT service business. The platform’s GraphQL API allows us to integrate with almost anything, giving us flexibility when working with tools that aren't natively supported. Even when challenges arise, SuperOps' support team is quick to respond and provides valuable guidance and workarounds to achieve our goals. The platform is easy to learn, with a shallow learning curve that lets users get started right away without worrying about causing major issues. However, we did encounter a few minor interface bugs, and the tab-based Single-Page Application navigation may not be ideal for everyone. Additionally, the lack of historic data retention in the RMM limits our ability to analyze trends like disk space usage over time.

"Very good, but difficult to read in places"
