Pros: Easy and Affordable

Cons: Wish it had more integrations

I've used many project management software including Teamwork. By far, I think the best is Teamwork because it not only handles project management well but also integrates other aspects of work into one place. Teamwork has a desk feature so I can integrate my email and assign tasks based on emails I receive. Their spaces feature allows me to upload process documents for new employees to review. Working in digital marketing and providing a service at AttorneySync: Digital Legal Marketing, it's also important for me to be able to track time to tasks to ensure I'm spending the appropriate amount of time on each client. The time tracking feature is built-in with Teamwork. Teamwork's interface is very easy to navigate and user-friendly. It's not free like other project management software tools, but it's worth every penny in my opinion.

Cons: We can't create our own knowledge base using Teamwork

We used to run our business off spreadsheets before Teamwork. I researched which was the best platform. Landed on Teamwork and it has been a gamechanger for creating templates and project plans. Highly recommend.

I have used this software for about three years. After evaluating all of the major apps available at the time, I decided that Teamwork Projects was the best fit. We use Teamwork Projects to manage our ERP implementation projects. Overall, the biggest benefits I get from Teamwork Projects is coordination of project requirements with our customer's end users by uploading documents, commenting on the documents (every time a comment is input an email notification can be sent to the project team members). Additionally, we can reply to the emails, which posts a new comment to the project portal. Additionally Teamwork Projects controls all task management. Other benefits we realized were using it for a project document repository, issues and risk management, and creating milestones in the project. Finally, I have been very impressed with how fast and responsive the support is for Teamwork Projects. I am always impressed when they get back to me within 10 minutes (this happens a lot). Other nice points about Teamwork Projects is that they have developed a lot of integrations and interfaces, including their integration with Teamwork Chat and Teamwork Desk which are both nice tools in their own right. I highly recommend you add this to your list of tools to evaluate!

Pros: It helps us to manage different tasks and milestones.

Cons: Too many features.

Cons: You spend as much time tracking tasks as performing them.
