TherapyCRM

TherapyCRM is therapy practice management software for Canadian pediatric and autism clinics outside Quebec. It covers ABA session records, multidisciplinary scheduling, client records, treatment plans, SOAP-style progress notes and invoicing. Speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physiotherapy staff can work alongside ABA teams in the same practice. For prepared ABA sessions, trial data can be recorded during interrupted connectivity and synced when the connection returns.

Funding records include approved, used and remaining hours or amounts and an Ontario Autism Program reporting profile. Families can view visits, messages, forms and invoices through their own portal and Family app. Built by Data Inn Inc., TherapyCRM works in English. It does not submit insurance or OAP claims or provide telehealth.
