What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
The number of self-employed people and freelancers are growing rapidly and already more than 42% of the total spend is allocated to the external workforce. Still, there are very few software platforms that offer automation of the end-to-end process. The demand is high and Transformify saw 600% revenue and profit growth in 2021 vs 2020.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
As mentioned, there are very few alternatives currently available to mid-sized companies and enterprises. Imagine a translation company managing 20,000 freelance copywriters and translators. How to collect thousands of invoices, ensure compliance and avoid duplicate payments without automation? It’s all a click of a button with Transformify (TFY). Our customers love the ease of use and the level of automation that allows them to focus on their business priorities.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
All industries that rely on external workforce on-demand. Couriers on-demand, translation agencies working with freelance translators, marketing agencies relying on independent contractors on-demand, logistics companies managing a big pool of truck drivers on-demand, FMCG, agriculture companies, any business that needs temporary staff due to the seasonality of the business, fashion industry, and above all, the events managing industry. Think of big concerts and events that require thousands of people to work for 2-3 months while organizing each event.
What are the key features of your software that makes it stand apart from your competitor products in the market?
Ease of use and complete automation of onboarding, billing and payments. On top of that, the self-serve portal can be used by every freelancer, independent contractor, self-employed, etc. to update their payment details, invoice details, etc. All in one compliance with GDPR and any data privacy policy act that might be applicable. We do not expect fashion models, DJs or translators to issue invoices and deal with any administrative tasks. The self-billing functionality and overall automation let them stay focused on their daily tasks.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We keep a close eye on churn rate and customer satisfaction. Transformify ( TFY) is a 7 year-old company and our churn rate is below 2%. A dedicated account manager is in touch with each business customer and takes care of any requests or custom feature demands.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Due to the nature of our business, once our customers onboard their team of freelancers, independent contractors, temporary workers, etc., they keep using our software on a recurring basis to automate project assignments, billing and payments. It is a 100% repeat customers.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Yes, there are knowledge sections accessible via the dashboard to both our Members (these are the freelancers, independent contractors, freelancers, etc.) and Partners (these are our business customers). What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
As mentioned, there is a dedicated Account Manager assigned to each business customer that caters to their needs. The Members can use the chat on our website or use the contact form.
