TrueConf Server is an on-premises video conferencing platform that operates robustly in private networks and provides businesses of all sizes with powerful collaboration capabilities, including feature-rich apps for video communication and team messaging. TrueConf Server integrates seamlessly with existing intra-corporate IT services and standards-based endpoints, acting as a versatile UC hub for a variety of use cases.
What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
Back in 2010, TrueConf Server was designed in response to increasing users’ requests for safe video conferencing software that provides a high-quality communication experience and facilitates remote cross-team collaboration. During the pandemic, the growing demand for secure telecommuting tools has made TrueConf the only alternative to cloud-based vendors on the digital market.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
TrueConf Server is an out-of-the-box unified communications solution that features 4K video conferencing, VoIP integration, persistent personal and group chats, as well as a rich productivity toolset and advanced meeting management. We offer concurrent software licenses (one-year or perpetual) with different support plans. TrueConf can be scaled infinitely, so we are always ready to support a much larger business as our customers grow.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
Each TrueConf Server user receives a free adoption course for admins and users via email which helps get flawlessly started with our video conferencing and team messaging system. Plus, we regularly create guidelines for the knowledge base, produce useful video tutorials for YouTube channels, share recent TrueConf updates and feature previews on the blog and social networks.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
