Review Summary

As an HRIS system, it fulfills the majority of the needs. Some features have to be requested for activation especially when working on a large HR team. The reporting function in BI is sometimes challenging when one is not familiar with the error messages meaning. The graphic side of BI seems to never be accurate so I stick to the reports only. Overall it is useful especially with the ability to use it on handheld devices such as smartphones but I do miss the BI interface from Ultipro before Kronos took over. I also wish they did not move too many things and collapse options as navigate to keep a general view of the platform.

Review Summary

Since Kronos took over Ultimate, the service has gone down hill. I have cases open for weeks before it is picked up not matter how many time I increase the business priority. Support will look at the case and put it in recommended resolution without having a conversation with me to validate they even understand the situation. Most times they don't. They get upset with me because I decline the resolution without reaching out to them. When I reach out, they don't get back to me. Working with UKG has been very frustrating. I hope they turn it around before it's too late.

Review Summary

Since the Kronos takeover the company no longer cares about their customers. The customer service has gone down hill drastically. What used to take 1-3 days to get resolved it can take up to 2 weeks before a case is even picked up. To get it resolved is another story. I understand change is needed but it is unfortunate that it was not for the good.

Integration went very well and the end product has a great look and feel. I know we currently do not utilize all of the aspects of UKG, but hope to onboard other parts within the next year.
