uQualio is all about profit with a purpose. We are a next-generation, award-winning online cloud-based white-label video learning platform. We strive to make it easy and affordable for anyone to create and distribute highly effective video learning whether for private, public, and/or e-commerce needs It is as easy as YouTube – but with uQualio you know who saw your video and understood the content. And the best part is that we make it fun & rewarding to learn and easy to remember!

What was the objective behind coming up with this software?
Education increases wealth & reduces poverty, leads to better health, prevents inequality & injustice, drives sustainable growth, and helps us protect the planet. But we need more effective tools to get knowledge out in the world – and that is why we build uQualio to make it easy for anyone to create their own video learning.
How is your software beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other software alternatives available in the market?
uQualio is a next-generation learning system - one of a few video learning platforms and is designed to maximize learning for the end user. Video is ideal for digital peer training, as people best acquire and retain knowledge when using a combination of pictures, speech, and music. The platform is the most affordable video learning platform/ LMS (LEARNING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM), and a subscription is 100% flexible and entirely pay-as-you-go. There are no up-front startup costs, no binding service contracts, and no minimum number of users. Also, we offer the best in our-class personalized customer support. The platform is designed to be very user-friendly, easy to set up, and features comprehensive communication, and reporting modules.
What industries do you generally cater to? Which industries in general are highly benefiting by using your software?
We have a lot of customers within the manufacturing, software, and hardware sectors that use uQualio internally for training new and current employees, as well as sharing up-to-date product information for external partners and customers as extended enterprises. Training sales teams is another area where we help our customers make sure all their people have the latest knowledge on product development, strategic initiatives, campaigns, or special offerings – all of which can be accessed via QR codes.

The uQualio platform is a tool to create and distribute bite-sized, micro-learning content out of any video, communicate with, and monitor user progress, with built-in rewards (badges that can be shared via social media), with built-in modules to collect and compile data for internal or external reporting. Access is available 24/7 on any device, simply log in with a telephone number or email address. And our unique pricing model keeps everything reasonable – pay-as-you-go, upgrade or downgrade your service at any time. In short, a one-stop, ready wherever and whenever you are, solution for all video-based training needs.
What is the customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We are blessed with many happy customers and positive feedback. We have an extensive library of ‘how to’ videos designed to guide new and existing customers through basic onboarding to detailed features. We aim to be a turn-key solution that anyone can navigate with ease. That said, we are also dedicated to providing reliable, personalized customer support whenever it is needed. Another area of focus is listening to our customers. We use user feedback to drive our development efforts. After all, our customers know best what features they need.
Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what is the percentage of repeat customers that you have?
Our customers buy subscriptions and set up accounts based on their needs. First-time customers usually create a video training platform with 1 or 2 channels covering specific business areas and invite between 50 – 250 users. Commonly, they expand their use of the platform to include other areas such as compliance certification, logistics, operations, and skills training, adding channels and users along the way. Also, we also have a remarkably high customer life cycle of +18 months and counting.
Does your software product provide any resource or knowledge section for its users? If yes, what kind of material is provided to your users to help them get acquainted with your product?
We have an extensive series of training ‘how to’ videos and documentation designed to help our customers do everything. How to set up and use the platform, create and distribute courses, invite and communicate with users, monitor progress, compile user data, and fine-tune the characteristics of their channels and experience. Plus, the user guides are always available for discovery and review with a simple click.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We support our customers in any way they need. Usually by email or chat online and will happily meet online to discuss any issues they may have.
What has been the revenue for your product for 2022?
We started uQualio in 2017 and growth has been steady form the start. We grew 20% from 2021 to 2022.
Where do you see your product in the next 10 years?
uQualio is scaling to be the leading online video learning platform in the world. Our plan is to have thousands of happy customers sharing knowledge and educating people worldwide. Even though our headquarters is in Veksoe, Denmark (the countryside outside of Copenhagen) we already have associates and employees in Europe and the Americas. However, we believe that our most important asset includes the ability to innovate and our passion for letting our customers lead the way. Our goal is to make uQualio the go-to-tool for organizations everywhere.
