At Priority Home Buyers, we've integrated Zoho People into our workflow. It's not just an HR platform; it also boasts some accounting-like features, such as receipt scanning. Nevertheless, certain features are region-specific – for instance, payroll and benefits are exclusive to users in India. It's worth noting that processes like employee offboarding can't be automated. Plus, navigating its performance management tool can be a bit tricky for us.

Zoho People's interface allows integration with many job boards and many other functions

We ASAP Cash Offer use Zoho People. Apart from being an HR application, it only functions like accounting software as it comes with a receipt scanning feature. Some features aren't available for international markets. Features like payroll and benefits are only available in India. Some features cannot be automated such as the employee's offboarding process. Also, its feature-like performance management tool is complicated to use.

Zoho People has a user-friendly interface and is working well for us

We Twibi Agency use Zoho People, and it's been working well for us. We've been able to find good candidates through the Software. We've been using Zoho for about two years now. We use Zoho once a month. The pros of Zoho are that it is user-friendly, and we've been able to find good candidates through the software. The cons are that it can be a bit expensive and it doesn't have all the features that some of the other software has.

One of the best software I have came across in the market.

We at OSP International LLC use Zoho Mail, Zoho Docs, and many other apps. By using Zoho People, we track attendance… But more importantly, we can easily create useful automations. For example, someone clocks in - and they get their agenda for the day, complete with the documents they’ll need to use and reminder e-mails sent to their work inbox. It’s extremely convenient.
