Describe your project in brief
Recently used 360 branding hub for email marketing, and the experience was mostly positive. Their team was knowledgeable and helped us craft targeted campaigns with impressive open rates (over 30%) and some solid conversions. They took the time to understand my goals, which I appreciated. However, there were delays in A/B testing, and the reporting lacked actionable insights. While the results were great, there’s room for improvement in execution. Overall, a solid 4-star experience, worth considering for boosting your email marketing efforts
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
From the start, their team was very approachable. I remember our first strategy session, it was clear they knew their stuff. They helped me refine my email list and suggested a few campaigns that aligned perfectly with my target audience. One of the highlights was their attention to detail when it came to crafting subject lines and email content. It was refreshing to see a service provider take the time to understand my tone and goals.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
There were delays in implementing some A/B tests I had requested, which meant we missed an opportunity to fine-tune one of the campaigns before it went live. Additionally, I felt that their reporting could have been more in-depth, especially when it came to suggesting actionable insights from the data
