Challenge: Ship an iOS app, Android app, and responsive web booking flow in parallel from a single codebase, with live-availability booking and in-app payments.

Solution: Built once in Expo/React Native/TypeScript, deployed to three platforms. Real-time availability backed by a single booking engine, calendar sync for stylists, and push notifications. Three products, one codebase, shared business logic.

Challenge: Fix a broken Stripe integration that was dropping payments, and harden the platform to handle peak campaign traffic without downtime.

Solution: Rebuilt the Stripe integration end-to-end on ASP.NET/C#, added webhook-based reconciliation, sub-2-second payment processing, idempotent retry logic, and a monitoring layer with automated incident routing.
