What is the story behind starting this company?
Started during the COVID19 pandemic with a vision to help small businesses reach a greater online presence.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
A one-stop solution for your online marketing needs such as digital marketing platforms, tracking tools to measure the performance of ads, detailed marketing strategies for better ROI, and complimentary services such as website design, graphic design, photography, and videography.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are a data-driven agency which means our strategies combined real numbers with our experience in this industry to bring to our clients the best results.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We mainly craft digital marketing campaigns for Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore but also help maintain and grow the campaigns of international conglomerates.

Google Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Roughly 85%.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We offer a 12-month complimentary warranty and up to 24/7 support for web and email hosting services for our clients. For digital marketing, we provide a monthly performance analysis including strategy suggestions, if any.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Quarterly payment for 12 months campaigns.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Minimum $1,000/month on ad budget as ad performance tends to be drastically poor if your competitors are spending 3-5X more.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
We offer a variety of services ranging from $1,500 to $60,000 per annum and are customizable to our client's requirements.
