What Users Like The Most

  • What stood out was their ability to understand our brand and turn it into a clean, professional digital experience, along with their willingness to offer smart, strategic input.
  • What stood out most was how well they understood the medical field's rules and patient worries. They didn't just use common keywords; they found the specific terms worried patients actually use. Their ad messages were helpful and calm, not pushy, which felt right for healthcare. They also spotted when people searched for symptoms related to our special treatments and made sure our ads appeared for those, bringing in patients who might not have known we offered that exact help.
  • What really stood out was how much effort they put into understanding the human side of our work. They didn't just see keywords; they understood the fear of a new diagnosis or the stress on carers. This meant their suggestions for content and search terms felt genuine and helpful, not just technical tricks. For example, they helped us create content around "talking to your family about Parkinson's" based on real searches, which resonated deeply.

What Users Like The Least

  • Nothing. They are the best
  • Honestly, it worked really well. If I had to suggest one thing, the weekly reports were sometimes a bit too detailed. During our busiest clinic weeks, a quick summary of the main points and action items would have been helpful alongside the full report. But that’s a small issue the important information was always available when we needed it.
  • At the start, some of the technical parts in the reports were still a bit tricky for our non-technical team to fully understand. It would’ve helped to have even simpler explanations like why things like site speed matter so everyone could get up to speed faster.

Adachi Computech helped us clearly reach the right audience and gain real leads.

We had a good product, but we weren’t breaking through online. The traffic we got wasn’t targeted enough, and many visitors didn’t understand what made us different from other OTT platforms. From the first meeting, Adachi kept things simple. They listened to our goals, reviewed our existing content and ad campaigns, and pointed out where we were confusing or too broad.

They helped us adjust our messaging so it focused on real needs like faster app launches, flexible features, and easy integrations. Instead of talking around the product, we were finally talking to the people who’d actually use it. They also redid several ad campaigns, targeting people in the media and publishing space, and matched the copy with landing pages that explained our value fast and clearly.

Digital Marketing for Applicaster’s OTT Engagement Tools

What service was provided as part of the project?

Digital Marketing

Describe your project in brief

Applicaster helps media companies and publishers connect with their audiences through custom apps and streaming tools. We brought in Adachi Computech to help sharpen our messaging and boost visibility across paid search and social. The main goal was to drive more traffic and qualified leads from media and tech decision-makers.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Their approach was clean and direct. No extra noise. Just clear advice and fast action. They made complex ideas easy to follow and helped us explain ourselves better than we were doing on our own.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We had some back and forth during the first round of ad creatives. It took a couple revisions to get the tone right, but after that, the process smoothed out and moved quickly.

Adachi Computech refreshed our message and attracted new clients.

Before working with Adachi, most of our work came from referrals. Our website looked dated, and our ad efforts were almost non-existent. We weren’t showing up in relevant searches, and when people did find us, they didn’t always understand what set us apart. Adachi started by reviewing our existing pages and pointing out how we were missing simple things like clear calls to action, updated keywords, and real client examples.

They redesigned our ads to focus on the types of clients we wanted to reach video producers, broadcasters, schools needing accessible content. They also updated how we described our services. Instead of using technical language that only insiders would understand, they helped us explain things in a way that made sense to first-time buyers.

eCaption Subtitling Marketing Campaign

What service was provided as part of the project?

Digital Marketing

Describe your project in brief

eCaption has been providing professional subtitling and SDH services since the late ’90s. While we’ve always had strong industry relationships, our online reach hadn’t grown in a long time. We partnered with Adachi Computech to improve our visibility and attract new clients, especially in media production, education, and streaming platforms.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They kept things simple and focused. Every update had a reason, and they didn’t waste time. Their writing was clear, their ad ideas made sense, and they were always quick to reply.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There was a short delay in finalizing some of our keyword research early on, which held up the campaign launch by a few days. It didn’t cause big problems, but it would’ve been better to go live sooner.

Adachi Computech helped us clearly reach the right users and drive action.

Before Adachi came on board, we had a small team trying to juggle ads, landing pages, and outreach, and honestly, none of it was working. We were spending money on ads that didn’t bring in the right kind of traffic. People would click, but then leave without signing up. The message wasn’t clear, and we weren’t showing the value fast enough.

Adachi changed that. They focused our ads on key problems how long it takes to close out a project, tracking costs, dealing with messy spreadsheets. Then they helped us redo our landing page to match that message. Right away, things started to change. We saw more people staying on the page, reading through, and booking demos.

One small contractor in Texas even told us they found us through one of those ads and felt like we “spoke their language.” That stuck with us. It proved the work was paying off.

Describe your project in brief

We brought on Adachi Computech to help spread the word about Vergo,a tool made to help construction accounting teams close their books faster, with less stress. Our product was ready, but not enough people knew about it. We needed a team to run ads, clean up our message, and bring in real leads from construction companies.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They made things easy to follow. We didn’t need to be experts in marketing to get what they were doing. They explained things in plain words and stayed focused on results.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

At the start, we had a delay getting a few assets approved. Some copy took longer to finalize than expected. Not a deal breaker, but we had to nudge things forward a bit. After that, things ran smoothly.

Adachi Computech turned our weak online presence into steady, ready-to-buy leads.

When we first reached out, our online traffic wasn’t going anywhere. Our Instagram looked good, but no one was really clicking through to our site, and our Google ads weren’t converting. The Adachi team started by reviewing everything our social pages, ad accounts, website traffic. They showed us where we were wasting money and missing chances to connect with the right people.

One thing they did early on was redesign our local ad campaigns. Before, we were spending a lot on clicks from people outside our service areas. They tightened that up and made sure we were targeting folks near Fresno and Reno, especially people searching for custom travel vans. Almost right away, we saw more calls and email leads. Then they helped us create short videos that showed off our vans in action. Those posts got way more shares than anything we’d done before.

Digital Marketing Campaigns for Field Van Custom Conversions

What service was provided as part of the project?

Digital Marketing

Describe your project in brief

We needed help getting more eyes on our van conversion business. Field Van builds custom vans out of Fresno and Reno, and while we had a loyal customer base, we weren’t seeing steady growth online. We wanted more local visibility, better lead flow, and to show off our vans to people who didn’t know us yet.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They knew how to talk to regular people, not just marketers. Their copy, ads, and site tweaks felt natural. They didn’t try to impress with big words they just focused on what made sense and worked. And they always kept us in the loop.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There was a little back and forth when we were trying to get some new photo content approved for ads. It slowed things down a bit that week, but once we shared our style preferences more clearly, they adjusted and it got smoother from there.

Adachi Computech gave our brand a louder voice and helped the right people find us.

Before working with Adachi, we had a product that worked, but not enough people knew about it. Most of our traffic came from word of mouth. We weren’t showing up in the right search results, and the few ads we tried before didn’t bring in much. The team at Adachi looked over everything we had our site, ads, and social media and gave us a plan that was easy to follow.

They fixed our ad targeting first. We had been spending money showing our ads to people who didn’t need logistics help. After a few changes, we started getting clicks from warehouse operators, dispatchers, and delivery companies the people we actually built Hail for. They also helped us clean up the homepage so users knew right away what Hail does. It made a big difference.

One time, during a national fuel protest, we noticed a drop in users. Their team acted fast and ran a short campaign focused on cost-saving features in our app. That quick move kept users engaged and even brought in new ones during a tough time.

Describe your project in brief

We hired Adachi Computech to help promote Hail Technologies, a platform that makes transport and logistics simpler for small businesses. The goal was to reach more users online especially logistics managers and small fleet owners who needed help tracking their work and finding better transport options.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They were quick to act and easy to reach. We never had to wait long for a fix or update. Everything they said they'd do, they did. Their advice was always short, clear, and to the point.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There were a few delays getting our social media posts scheduled in the first month. Nothing major, but we had to follow up a couple of times. After that, things ran more smoothly.

Adachi Computech didn’t just run ads, they improved our whole online strategy.

When we started with Adachi, we had some ads running, but they weren’t doing much. Our landing pages weren’t converting well, and our SEO was just sitting there. Their team came in, took a look at everything, and gave us honest feedback. They didn’t try to impress us with fancy terms—we got straight talk and real advice. First, they fixed our tracking issues so we could actually see where our leads were coming from. Then, they helped rewrite our ad copy so it spoke to real problems our users face during audits stuff like wasted time, pressure from inspectors, or missing documents. That hit home with our audience.

They also helped rebuild a few key landing pages that were falling flat. The new ones loaded faster, looked cleaner, and focused on just one clear action signing up. Within a few weeks, we noticed people were staying longer on our site, and we started getting more demo requests from companies we’d been trying to reach for months.

Digital Marketing Campaigns for AuditPass SaaS Platform

What service was provided as part of the project?

Digital Marketing

Describe your project in brief

We needed a team to take over our digital marketing. AuditPass is a SaaS tool for managing audits and inspections, and while the product was solid, we weren’t getting enough traffic or sign-ups. We wanted to increase visibility, get more leads, and finally see some results from our online presence.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

We liked how they made things simple. No long reports, no guessing. They told us what was working, what wasn’t, and what we should do next. Their team was also very responsive—if something needed to change, it got done fast.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Early on, there was a short delay in getting one of our campaigns approved on time. It only set us back a day, but it did throw off our original schedule a little. Still, once we flagged it, they made sure it didn’t happen again.

Adachi Computech truly got our goals and made them happen online.

At the start, we were worried about getting lost in the crowd. Higher education tools don’t usually stand out unless you tell the story right, and we weren’t doing a great job at that before. When Adachi joined in, they took time to understand how our tools actually work and why universities should care. That part made all the difference. They didn’t just throw ads up they took time to figure out what our audience needed to see and hear.

They ran detailed keyword research, found where we had gaps in visibility, and fixed our messaging. They also rebuilt some of our landing pages to make sure they answered real questions our users had. I remember when one of our ad sets wasn’t working well they caught it early, rewrote the whole thing, and within a few days we saw much better engagement.

What was the project name that you have worked with Adachi Computech Solutions?

Digital Marketing Strategy a for Unizin

What service was provided as part of the project?

Digital Marketing

Describe your project in brief

We hired Adachi Computech Solutions to help us with digital marketing. Our goal was to bring more attention to what Unizin offers mainly to show how our data and content tools can support universities in improving student learning. We needed help with everything from setting up campaigns to managing paid ads, improving SEO, and figuring out where we were losing people along the way. It wasn’t just about getting clicks; we wanted to reach the right people at the right time.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They listened. Really listened. Every idea or concern we shared got full attention, and they adjusted their plans based on what we said. That’s rare. And when we didn’t know what to do next, they had smart options ready. I also liked how clear their reports were—no walls of charts, just useful stuff that helped us move faster.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

At one point, we had a delay getting some creative assets from them. It wasn’t a huge deal, but it did push one of our campaigns back by a few days.

It felt like working with a team that listened and made our story matter.

Before we started with Adachi Computech, our social media felt scattered and our website wasn’t doing much beyond listing our beers and taproom hours. We weren’t showing people who we are or why we do what we do. From the first meeting, their team showed up prepared. They’d already looked through our site, scrolled through our socials, and even visited the taproom as customers before reaching out. That mattered to us.

They took the time to understand not just what we sell, but why we make it. And that showed in every step of the campaign. They helped clean up our website layout and made sure it worked better on phones. They also created ad campaigns that didn’t feel like ads. Instead, they told stories about our brewers, about the artists behind our labels, and about what sharing a drink means in this city.

Describe your project in brief

We hired Adachi Computech Solutions to help us improve our online presence, drive more foot traffic to our taproom, and increase sales through digital channels. We wanted to reach new customers while staying true to our local roots.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They made our brand feel alive online. It wasn’t just about ads or clicks it was about finding the right tone, the right photos, and the right way to tell people what Village Brewery is all about. And they didn’t try to force some shiny style that didn’t fit us. They kept things real. Also, they were easy to talk to. No long emails full of buzzwords just clear updates and honest advice.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Sometimes the approval process for content took a bit longer than expected, especially when there were a lot of posts being planned at once.

Adachi Computech felt more like a partner than a vendor

Working with Adachi Computech was the shift we didn’t know we needed. Before them, we were trying to manage everything in-house writing our own ad copy, running some Facebook and Google campaigns, and just hoping for the best. It wasn’t working. Our traffic was all over the place, and we had no idea which ads were worth the money.

From the first week, it was clear Adachi didn’t just follow a script. They sat down with us, asked real questions about our customers, and even challenged some of our earlier ideas. They didn’t just take what we said and nod they asked why. That changed everything.

Describe your project in brief

Our goal was to get more eyes on OpenFX and turn those views into real customers. We wanted to show people how easy and secure it is to move money across borders with us. Adachi Computech helped us run ad campaigns, handle content, and clean up our online presence so that everything worked together to support that goal.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The best part was how hands-on they were. They didn’t just drop a few reports and vanish. They stuck with us, showed us what was going wrong, and explained how to fix it in plain terms. We didn’t need to Google every other word they said. They were open, steady, and easy to trust. And they moved fast when we needed it.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We had some delays in getting access to our old ad accounts, and while they were patient, we could tell they were eager to get started. Looking back, that wasn’t really on them we just didn’t have our stuff together. Still, it created a bit of a slow start.

Working with Adachi Computech felt like finally finding a team that could make complex ideas simple

To be honest, I wasn’t sure how they’d handle something as complex as our cloud platform. We’re not selling sneakers we’re selling ideas, tools, and tech that can be hard to explain. But right from the start, Adachi’s team asked the right questions. Not just about our product, but about our customers. They wanted to know what problems people faced before they looked for us. That helped us shape stronger, clearer messages that actually made sense to our target users.

We worked closely on building out campaign funnels for different cloud products, from autonomous databases to our security suite. The team helped us sort out what messages worked for small tech teams versus large enterprises. I remember one campaign in particular we were trying to get mid-sized businesses to look at our cloud as an upgrade option.

Boosting Cloud Product Reach with Smart Digital Marketing

What service was provided as part of the project?

Digital Marketing

Describe your project in brief

We hired Adachi Computech to help us grow interest and engagement around some of our key cloud infrastructure services. Our challenge was to speak to both technical buyers and business decision-makers in a way that didn’t feel cold or robotic. We wanted people to understand how our tech could actually help them, not just list specs and features. Their job was to come in, help us shape that story, run smart digital campaigns, and bring people to the right content and they did that better than we expected.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

The best part was how they helped us speak like people again. We had gotten stuck in our own language — everything sounded too formal or too technical. Adachi gave us a way to connect with our users, not just explain to them. They also never wasted our time. Every meeting had purpose. Every suggestion felt like it came from people who had done their homework.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

There was a small delay at the start with syncing on brand voice. Our team had some internal guidelines that weren’t shared clearly, so a few early drafts felt off.

Adachi Computech helped us speak clearly online and reach the right people.

Before working with Adachi Computech, our marketing felt scattered. We knew what we wanted to offer end-to-end supply chain help but we didn’t know how to say it in a way that grabbed people’s attention. Adachi helped us find that voice. They started by learning how we worked, who we worked with, and what made us different. They didn’t try to sell us a one-size-fits-all plan. They built a plan for us.

One of the biggest changes came from how they handled our paid ads. We had been wasting money on broad search terms that brought in the wrong crowd. Adachi narrowed it down. They helped us target actual buyers brands that needed help with warehousing or transportation not just folks browsing around. They also rewrote a bunch of our landing pages. The new pages were easier to read and made people more likely to take action. We started getting better leads, not just more of them.

Digital Marketing

Describe your project in brief

We wanted to bring in more leads for our logistics services through online channels. Our in-house team had been doing basic stuff posting now and then, running a few ads but we weren’t seeing results. Adachi Computech came in to take over our digital marketing. That included fixing our ad strategy, reworking our website content, and managing our online presence across platforms.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

They made the hard stuff simple. We didn’t have to chase them or explain things twice. They got our business fast, and they cared about the outcome. They also explained things in plain English, which made it easy for our team to stay involved.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

At the beginning, the design side of things moved a little slow. They were careful and didn’t rush, but we were eager to get new content live. Once we shared that with them, they sped things up without losing quality.
