Addicted. Marketing was born in March 2018 in the corner of our founder Ben Miotti’s bedroom. After working with small, ambitious brands and witnessing the struggles of scaling businesses on tight budgets, Ben made the bold decision to quit his apprenticeship just nine months in and launched Addicted. Marketing just days later.

In those early days of establishing the agency, Ben observed the negative impact many agencies had on their ‘partners.’ They often overpromised and underdelivered, set unrealistic expectations, and drained budgets without delivering value. This experience became the foundation of Addicted. Marketing, driving us to create an agency built on trust, honesty, and accountability. Our mission transformed us into the digital growth agency we are today, restoring faith in the idea that partnering with an agency can truly be beneficial for businesses.
