While the speed of delivery is sometimes slower than we expect, the overall quality of their work is consistently high. Their outputs were proportional in quality to our team’s functional specs. They were able to help us in so many areas.

From a development standpoint, we were keeping close eyes on our website engagement rates / bounce rates, time on site along with visual analysis through Hotjar to make sure the customer journey as as efficient as possible.

Along with that, we also monitored our page load times, ADA compliance scores and keyword analysis to make sure we were not only keeping up with competition but industry standards also.

Advik Infotech was onboarded to help us in a multitude of ways. First and most important was to start pushing through an ever-growing backlog of development work that our in-house team couldn't get to. Along with the churn through our backlog, they helped us better analyze our media and website performance by optimizing our analysis tools. Lastly, we used Advik Infotech for a variety of technical SEO pieces building a better structure to our site along with making us more ADA compliant.
