the team put effort to understand our existing systems which were spread out across different tools and showing their age. they worked closely with us to capture requirements and design a system that fit our scale and complexity. we kicked things off with an sdd (strategy, definition, design) session, which set the expectations right and turned out to be a great format (we’ll steal this one).
