  • We found early on that social media content scheduling sometimes delayed slightly, but once we raised this with the team these were rectified almost instantly.
  • The only negative feedback we received was around faster ad approvals and some delays in content scheduling but that has been sorted out with better coordination.
  • We liked their new thoughts, strong look feel, & how they showed our dream as a real strong brand feel. At times, fixes were a bit slow. Yet, the end was worth the wait.

Working with All Branding Help was a smart & good path. From the first meet to the last bit, their crew got what we aimed for & made it into a full mark plan. They gave us clear plans like logo arts, brand rules, & web stuff that fit our crowd just right.

A nightmare and a scam. They will not finish your website and will not refund your money

They stole $900 and hours of my time trying to get them to build a decent website. I will never get that back.

Do not let them talk you into building your website or updating it. It won't get done.

ABS, keeps dragging you on a string, promising to finish the work but never succeeding, doing a very bad job, until you get frustrated and ask for your money back. Then, they ghost you. If you report them to the FTC, they will call you and harass you and sell your information to other scam artists.

How does he get away with this? His fine print says that once you accept a logo from them, you can't ask for your money back even though they claim to have a money back guarantee. Once they make you a logo, they will stop giving you good service. The website never get's built.
They will fight back if you contest it with your credit card. They sent my credit card company a fake website and wrote my url on it. If its a Chase credit card, they won't help you.

The project was to upgrade my website. It never got done. It was supposed to take 2 weeks but this was dragged on for months. I had to tell them I no longer wish to do business with them. They have a money back guarantee but would not return any money.
When it was over, I updated my website myself. It took me one night and I have no technical experience. The project was never completed by this company.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

I'm glad I was smart enough to stop trusting them every time they kept saying it will get done next week but never does.

I'm so glad I didn't let them host my site. Though I'm out $900, at least they never got control of my website. I'd hate to have to pay them yearl.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They are liars. They appear very professional at first, but after a certain, point they don't care.

They do not follow through on their promises. Always, it will get done in a week. A week later, repeat. It never get's done.

They don't show you their fine print but they will show it to your credit card company when you contest them.

I have reason to believe they sell your information to other scammers

If you ask for your money back, they turn on you and even harass you.

the worst experience of my life doesn’t even begin to describe how I felt

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!! SCAM!!!!!!!!!
I hired all branding solution in the beginning of June to create a marketplace ui/ix web application at 3999 they sent me some nice logos and secured the domain.
I was confident. Then he sent me a link to a template design I was starting to become skeptical. Then they called and texted maybe 5x to tell me I needed to
Pay them an extra 5k for the server even though I was under the assumption that we’d be using low cost cloud based server. He said he could only offer it to me at that price for x amount of time. I was busy at the time thank god or else I probably would have sent it. He told me it would cost me 12k in the future if I didn’t buy now. I said not until you show me something. He hasn’t shown me anything. They were stumped for a week on how many pdf links to have available for one of the document storage options. For a massive site. Thats crazy. They won’t refund you and they’ll keep saying it’s 100% money back guaranteed. They don’t understa
