Alliance Web Solutions is a reputed web solutions agency based in Noida, Founded in 2002, we have witnessed the digital revolution and grew along with it. Our team uses vision and creativity to create user-friendly websites, digital products, and innovative apps.
Based on our client’s niche area and requirements, we provide custom web solutions from website design and development to several online marketing activities like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC), and more. Today, we are over 3000 projects strong from all over the world, supported by our 50 hard-working team. I, Alok Jaiswal, am the co-founder of the company. I look after the company’s creative and innovative abilities, monitoring the design & development and the marketing teams.

What was the idea behind starting this organization?
The idea first came when my co-founders and I worked for a multinational IT company back in the days. We quickly realized that most systems and businesses did not deliver custom solutions to different clients. We identified a bottleneck in the industry that we were determined to fix. This is how Alliance Web Solutions first came into existence. And reflecting on it 18 years later, I think we made the right choice looking at the rise of new technologies and the digital revolution.
What is your company’s business model–in-house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have an in-house team for every solution that we offer. Be it website design & development, app development, digital marketing, or research team. Our team is incredibly talented and is always ready to take on new challenges.
How is your business model beneficial from a value addition perspective to the clients compared to other companies' models?
Quickly adapting to new technologies and advancements is our biggest advantage. Our business model is transparent as we don’t keep any secrets from our clients. Our work environment is based on collaboration with our clients instead of fixed pricing. This gives our clients immense flexibility to improve or revise their project on short notice. This model is far more cost-effective than fixed-price models. This way, our team’s quick thinking, and issue-resolving abilities are also challenged often, training them to become even more efficient and adaptive at what they do.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive?
As one of the oldest web solutions agencies based in India, we work with businesses of all sizes such as SMEs, entrepreneurs, MNCs, government bodies, and NGOs. Although we have worked on different projects, here are some niche areas we have the most experience in - e-commerce, fashion & apparel, travel & tourism, finance, healthcare, education, non-profit websites, and many more.

Mention the objectives or the parameters critical in determining the time frame of developing a web app.
The clients' requirements define the parameters. First, our team understands the clients' business and figures out what needs to be done, their goals and achievements, etc.
Once the requirements are finalized, we assign a team of the project manager, designer, developer, and tester to carry out the project. Next, we choose the right framework or language for developing a web app. To reduce the development load, we leverage the framework's in-built functionalities and other third-party plugins.

How much effort in terms of time goes into developing the front end and back end of a web app?
Well, there is no fixed answer to this question. There is no way to determine the precise amount of time allocated to the total development time. Based on our discussion with the client, we provide a time estimate. We believe that the development time should be based on the number of features and their nature that are being added to the web app. This way, we estimate and justify the time for both the front end and back end of a web app.
What are the key parameters to be considered before selecting the right platform for a web application?
The key parameter is to understand the long term objectives of a business. We try to determine whether the web application is designed to support these objectives. Speed and scalability matter the most in every web application. We base our platform decision depending on the business priorities like having a high-performance web application or one which can handle millions of users at once.
Which platform and technologies do you prefer to use in development of your web apps?
Again, the answer to this question is subjected to project requirements. We always try to employ the best possible technology for each project. We try to be adaptive, and if we are not well-versed with a particular technology, we are open to hiring experts to serve our clients better.
Do you offer website design templates or customised website design, and do you have a responsive website design?
Our team works on both template design and custom designs. We also offer template customizing services based on clients’ choices. We firmly believe that getting the design of the website right is essential to every business’s online growth. Our team works diligently to provide only the easiest and advanced websites that are responsive and ace the industry standards.
Which Content Management System do you prefer to use (Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal etc)?
While WordPress is our first choice, we do use other CMS like Joomla, Drupal, and more. WordPress is every designer’s first choice because of the amount of functionality and customization that it offers.
Do you provide website maintenance services?
Yes, we believe that no project is complete until we provide maintenance services. We have a 3-month free website maintenance policy where we fix any glitches or bugs that the client may encounter on their website. After 3 months, we have a pay-per-month or pay-per-module policy, whichever suits your requirements.
What are the key factors that you consider before deciding the cost of a web application?
We decide the cost of a web application bearing in mind our clients’ requirements, the estimated time for completing the project, technologies used, and workforce employed.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We follow both payment structures. We are transparent with our clients and share every detail of the project so that they can check the timeline and pricing details before making the payments. Later, the clients transfer the payments online. Also, we bill some clients monthly on a contractual basis.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, as of now, we have a minimum budget of USD1000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2019?
In 2019, we worked on projects ranging from USD1000 to USD35000.

They did a really amazing job!
Review Summary
We came across them through Google results. While we contacted 2-3 companies from the results, they were the quickest to respond. Their portfolio spoke volumes for them. We have been in the business since 1999. Because of our huge customer base, it was getting difficult to handle clients. We are so glad to have given India Internets the project of our website and CRM. They seriously preach what they say! They were always just a call away whenever we needed them. From our initial conversation to the final website, it took just 2 months - which turned out beautifully! And in these 2 months, their dedication towards work impressed us deeply!
