Our decade-long partnership with Amrood Labs has been exceptional. They're reliable, responsive, and genuinely invested in our success. Communication is consistently transparent and proactive. We've built authentic relationships with their leadership, including meeting owners Zaid and Asim in person—both demonstrated genuine care for our projects. Technical consistency across multiple initiatives has been outstanding. The team delivers production-ready solutions and maintains them meticulously. Working directly with Zaid, our CEO, elevated the experience significantly. His technical insight and strategic guidance set a high bar for engagement quality and are central reasons we've remained loyal. While the development team is competent, there's a gap between Zaid's exceptional caliber and some mid-level developers. Senior developers didn't always match expected seniority levels, though this hasn't impacted our projects materially.

I was fortunate to find Amrood Labs as I believe now believe that they may have been one of the only firms in the world who had the skill sets, demeanor and resilience to get the job completed SUCCESSFULY! Basically, it required taking a web site out of "mothballs" that was built on Ruby on Rails V3 and upgrade it to V8. Some other firms said it was an impossible task. But not Amrood Labs and I truly appreciate their efforts and professionalism from every member of the team throughout the project. We are now continuing forward with new and exciting innovations based on our upgrade and stabilization platform work. Thank you to the great team at Amrood Labs!
