Predictable software development is inherently a complex activity and it needs a lot of capable people to work as a team. Anuitex has that team ! Their people have the breadth of expertise at all levels of the software cycle - from sales through production. Interacting with their sales people is a pleasing experience. If they don't know something, they ask. If they know something that they think will work for the client, they're proactive to say it. The team is thorough with their estimates - so when you are reviewing numbers with them, they can back it up. During development, they front their team with a single point of contact - the project manager. The client is never left in the dark as their PMs have excellent empathizing and communication skills. If you work closely with them, they'll actually make you (the client) feel a part of their team. That's a skill more than a process and they're very good at it. During deployment, they are right by you, ensuring that they do whatever is necessary to take the product across the finish line.

I am at the deploy phase with my product and I commend the way they are engaged to 'make it happen'. All through the development phase of my product, they have been very responsive and professional.

Overall, developing software with them has been a rewarding experience for me.
