Designing an app that fits for a luxury experience.
First of all, design wasn't a phase for the app project. It was a thread woven through every sprint, every step of development. ArcTouch helped us understand there’s a lot more to mobile design than just pretty screens. They took the time to understand the user journey and the business goals before jumping into design. The team aligned the user experience of the app with our business objectives. In the app, we wanted to very quickly get our extremely time-sensitive audience to the information they wanted. The app user experience and design flowed from there. The app had to have the look and feel to match the experience of luxury travel. ArcTouch nailed it. As a result, the app has won several awards for user experience and design.
