  • Need easy-to-use, effective and affordable student/staff document and information exchange solution.

  • Find a technology solution that allows students to complete and submit work electronically on their devices.

  • Implementing technology to engage students without entirely changing the way teachers teach.

  • To catalog, collect, and digitally distribute the large number of student assignments without relying on the old-fashioned of email as workflow ‘solution’.

Challenges & Limitations:

  • Third party system integrations - It was very difficult to integrate and work together all systems with LMS.

Problem Statement: 

We were not involved in this product from inception and was not part of product conceptualization. When the customer came to us product was partially developed.

Our customer is involved in the business to support doctors in their appointments with their patients. The hired secretaries help them in booking the hospital, room, and devices they require for the patient.

The VoIP integrated portal solution helped in booking appointment as well as various assets required and automated the billing process to the doctors. A appointment bot was designed to automate the appointment booking process.

Client: 

Our Germany-based customer is closely working with doctors (Majorly Psychologist) to support them in their appointments with the patients and helping them in booking the hospital, rooms and the devices they require for their patients.

Problem Statement: 

Doctors handles the patient’s appointment booking manually either by their own or hired personal staff or hire professional agency

There are several drawbacks of the manual booking:

  • Up to 20% Operational overheads, resulting in fewer appointments in a work day.

  • High cost of maintaining full-time staff

  • Rigid appointment record system

  • Unavailability of data when needed

  • Patient history records are not easily accessible

  • Missed and/or Dissatisfied Clients

Challenges & Limitations:

  • Since the doctor can visit multiple hospitals, we had to maintain a consolidated doctor’s calendar to show the doctor’s availability and booking. 

  • The system had to be fully integrated with the VoIP system so that as soon as the customer calls the doctor the call is routed to the assistant. The assistant is presented with the doctor’s calendar and a questionnaire related to the specific doctor. Also since the doctor is being charged for the time the assistant is on the call, the call duration is recorded and is charged to the doctor.

  • To decrease the number of the assistant required to handle the requests, there was a requirement to create a bot which can help in booking without human intervention.

The portal is a platform that integrates network client insights, operational objectives and risk needs, providing a single client profile. This system creates an intuitive solution from which our Broker and Enterprise Risk Management Groups operate. Offering an organic loop that delivers comprehensive risk management solution that is a foundational component of our business. There are three main features for the portal:

  • Risk insights provide expert risk analysis and general commentary how global cyber and casualty risk are affecting economic and business climate while suggesting best practice strategies for dealing with the increased organizational issues.

As a startup, every dollar counts especially when the startup is bootstrapped. We wanted to ensure we found a partner that understood our vision, had a depth of skills and delivered results effectively while teaching us first-time founders on best practices for application development. Aspire was a risky bet for us given it is not in Bengaluru or Hyderabad that are considered as software development hubs especially since all other startups that we talked to had teams in those cities.

However, once we started, we soon realized that we have found the partner we want on this journey. The team, led by Purav and Pratik, clearly understood our vision and set up a team that had a similar experience. They walked us through the app development best practices and frameworks to consider. They recommended architecture while keeping security in focus given our startup provides an enterprise product. The developers asked the right type of questions and delivered features quickly and well tested. Of course, no software development is without bugs, but what was pleasantly surprising is how quickly they were able to find solutions to those bugs or gaps.
