After over 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry, I conceived the idea to start my own business.
We started as a Website & Software Development Company, then after few years extended our service with digital marketing expertise and technology consultancy.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a service-based company concentrating on in-house projects and currently we also taking outsourcing services for specific technologies. We have in-house front-end and backend developers (usually full stack) and digital marketing services. In case the client needs additional services like mobile application, printing, branding, etc. we suggest a few companies to our clients for the services and take care of the delivery services.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We have successfully delivered high-quality solutions to a wide range of businesses in India and throughout the world. We work collaboratively with a diverse group of clients in order to provide them the cost-effective and profitable solutions. Our expertise lies in our in-depth knowledge of the latest technologies, which enables us to assist businesses in achieving their corporate goals.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We have experience working in the industries including Health, Corporate, Sports, Food, Hotels, Education, Government, Real-estate, Consumer, Services, Banking & Insurance, E-commerce, Travel, Entertainment & Media, Events, Social, Advertisement, etc. We mainly focus on delivering the best services to our clients, which converts into a marginally high client retention ratio. We have approx 70-80% client retention ratio, which means we have more repetitive clients than new ones.

These questions help both of us to realize the exact problem, need, and solution. and then, we deliver to the customers what they need. Our Team will not rush to close the project until our customers are happy. To date, we have completed many projects with 99 percent customer satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction is our First Priority. The client can communicate with our management team at any moment and collect detailed information on your design and development process. We provide website maintenance support, which includes everything from site security to server administration to text and image addition, deletion, and modification. For any query or issue, clients can call us any time with in-office timings or mail us. We respond to the issue within 24 hours of an issue raised.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Each website differs in design, features, and technology used in development options with the possibility to customize the project requirements. We have a variety of packages for different types of businesses. Payment structure totally depends upon client requirements. Generally, we charge 50% advance and 50% against project delivery for website or software development.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We are flexible in terms of the minimum budget. Our clients include both startups and established businesses. The budget is determined by the client's project requirements, and we make efforts to provide our clients with the most reasonable budget possible. Still, we look for projects that have a minimum budget of USD 1000.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2021?
We developed a wide range of projects with different budgets during the last year. Our projects ranged are approximately $500-$3000.
