I wanted a closer estimate of the total project hours, but we didn’t provide enough details to fully scope the work.
Without being judgmental about the dire need of time while accomplishing goals at a stretch, I would say that time could be a factor where things could be done faster. But the quality of work does not make me repent for the time they had taken for undergoing the project.
Well, my project was not that big, so I didn’t face any challenge to be mentioned.

Hired Auxesis to build an e-commerce site in Jan. 2020. Was told the project would take 2 months. It is now November and still don't have a functioning website. As a business owner, I am not a fan of leaving bad reviews but wanted to warn other companies who may be considering their services to think twice. It could very well be that this was an isolated incident but the fact they have not tried to make the situation right raises flags. I will not go into all the details of all the things they failed to complete, their lack of communication, and their dishonest practices. I definitely do not recommend their services.

Auxesis Infotech is a digital agency specializing in Web and Mobile App Design Development with an absolute stronghold on platforms like Drupal, Wordpress, Ecommerce, and other PHP based CMS and Android, iOS, Hybrid for mobile apps. Along with that, we have expertise in Graphic Designs and Motion Graphics that includes Videos and Gifs.

The idea of Auxesis Infotech came into being because of the immense passion of Mr. Aritra Ghosh for the codes and to build something new and innovative with the languages of the computer. Being a professional web app developer, we are comfortable with all platforms. Hence, there are no specific technologies and platforms that we prefer to use for web app development. It all depends on the client’s business objective, preferences, nature of the business, and budget.

What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It depends on the volume of the work and development span. If the scope is small enough to finish within 30-40 working days, we prefer the fixed cost divided into milestones, and if the Individual features are complex and time-taking, we prefer feature-wise billing.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The budgeting does not have a fixed thumb rule. It depends on a few factors like the complexity of the scope, availability of a resource, period to deliver the work and, most importantly, the capability to deliver the work successfully. The minimum requirement is always to have clarity on the scope of the work.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2018?
2018 has been a year with good ROI. The budget varied from 1000 USD to 50,000 USD projects.
