Deliverables were completed ahead of schedule with all meetings being on time and actually felt beneficial - like we got something positive out of every meeting.

Describe your project in brief
b10 transformed how our business operates. They identified the right systems for our needs, then implemented and integrated everything from POS, tax and accounting, payments, banking, CRM, and marketing. Everything now works together seamlessly and we didn’t have to do anything.
Their support on automation, content, and positioning was equally as strong. B10 felt like a true partner that was fully invested in our success.
I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. We are currently planning our next project with them.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
What I liked most about b10 is how they embed and do everything for us. The agreed list seemed long and to be honest, I dreaded getting stuck into but, I didn’t have to. b10 took care of everything but always kept me up to date and well informed.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
That the project ended. But that is fine as we are planning our next project.
