For this project, I needed an experienced team that was comfortable with very lean agile methodologies and could work closely with the lead developer to share ideas and collaboratively build a better product. Initially, I was cautious about using developers who were overseas, but Vacancy Technology quickly earned my trust. The most critical aspect for me was having immediate access to someone who could address issues as they arose. If my site goes down or a web page crashes, I don't make any money, and as a business owner, that's incredibly stressful. Vacancy Technology has consistently been available and responsive, fixing issues promptly and effectively.
Their work has been top-notch across various projects, including content management, e-commerce platforms, website redesigns, and mobile responsiveness. They have also helped me transition from shared hosting on GoDaddy to a dedicated server, and now to cloud services through Amazon, supporting my website's growth. Their expertise in search engine optimization and other areas has also been invaluable.
The most significant aspect of working with Vacancy Technology has been their trustworthiness and expertise. I never felt like I was being sold something unnecessary, and they have always been knowledgeable and professional in handling different projects. Over these five years, I've come to rely on them heavily, and even though I've never met them in person, our communication through Skype has been excellent.

Working with Harshil and a dedicated developer for my mobile application project was a pleasure. Development was done exactly to specification, and I very much enjoyed the professional, knowledgable and friendly experience I had with Bacancy. We have used Bacancy on a couple occasions for iOS, Android, and Ruby on Rails development. Overall, we have been happy with them and will likely use them again.

For our project, they didn't appear to adhere to any agile workflow, but they did have a good management structure of engineers and project managers. As with many offshore groups, there are senior and junior developers, so the quality of the specific engineer on your project does vary. This being said, they do a pretty good job using the senior guys to manage the junior guys.
