Describe your project in brief

When we kicked things off with Back9, I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted—somewhere farmers could go to learn, connect, and get the info they need, all in one place. I just didn’t know how to make it happen.

That’s where the Back9 team came in. They took this rough idea and turned it into The HUB—a proper web and app setup that works bloody well. They didn’t muck around either. Straight up, they just got it. They understood what Farm 4 Life is all about, and built something that actually helps people, which is what matters most to me.

They were great to deal with the whole way through—no BS, just good communication, solid advice, and they always kept me in the loop. The end result looks sharp, works even better, and the feedback we’ve had from users has been awesome.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Honestly, there wasn’t much to fault. If I had to pick something, maybe just that I wish I’d started with them sooner. Once things got rolling, everything was smooth, but getting my head around the process at the start took a bit. That said, the team helped guide me through it all, so it wasn’t a big deal in the end.
