Introduction

RideNow - a carsharing service operating in Cyprus. Provides car rental services at a minute or daily rate for tourists, expats and locals. BAR developed a new marketing strategy based on collected 
and processed data, resulting in a x2 increase in revenue in 1.5 years

The problem

As RideNow scaled, it encountered several growth barriers.

1. High Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

2. Unclear analytics

3. Seasonal and volatile demand

4. Limited feedback on the marketing campaigns

The solution

We began with data analysing and rebranding by positioning RideNow as part of the public transport system.

We also enhanced in-app analytics and car data collection using Firebase by cleaning data and setting new events for deeper insights.

Then, a comprehensive analytics system was implemented in Power BI. This enabled data-driven planning, for example, preparing the fleet for holidays when DAU spikes near airports.

Launched the Instagram ads and influencer marketing, that proved to be the most effective and became the core channels.

The results

RideNow cut engagement costs and established a scalable, data-driven growth model, by overhauling analytics and marketing with digital tools,

Introduction

  • CT Mobility is a technology company that develops platform solutions for carsharing, helping to efficiently manage fleets, reservations, payments, and analytics in real time.

  • At the start of the project, CT Mobility had a visually outdated website built on an impractical CMS. The app's interface design was cluttered and did not reflect current trends, while customers came through word of mouth.

The Problem

  • 1. Outdated website and inconvenient CMS

    • The CMS used made the editing process resource-intensive and limited the team's marketing activities, while the design failed to resonate with users.

  • 2. UX design of the product was sloppy

    • The interface contained outdated visual elements, which reduced trust in the product and affected LTV and user experience.

  • 3. Lack of a marketing

    • The company depended on random leads through word of mouth thus losing  opportunities for growth, recognition, and systematic generation of interest from the target audience.

The Solution

  • Website redesign and transition to Webflow

    • BAR developed a clean, minimalist design that is ideal for the product. The old CMS was replaced with Webflow, a flexible platform with a convenient administrative panel.

  • Updating the UX and visual identity of the product

    • We removed outdated elements, introduced standard colors and fonts, made the design lighter, more minimalistic and professional.

  • Launching content marketing

    • We helped CT Mobility launch social media and blog posts, prepare sales presentations, as well as organize participation in an exhibition.

Introduction

HELLO is a Minsk-based carsharing leader since 2020, known for its diverse fleet and mix of global style with local flavor. Over time, its mobile app became outdated, with clunky design and growing user complaints. To fix this, HELLO launched a full redesign to ensure a smooth, high-quality experience for users  with us managing design and UX testing.

The Problem

  • Outdated Mobile Application

    • The existing HELLO app had an obsolete design and cumbersome interface. Core user flows like registration, vehicle selection, and rental were slow and unintuitive, leading to frequent user complaints. This mismatch between product experience and brand positioning undermined customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Poor Optimization for Service Needs

    • The app lacked features tailored to the specifics of the HELLO service. Important actions like fueling, finding a car in large parking areas, or understanding geozone rules were inconvenient or missing entirely. This created friction in everyday usage and reduced operational efficiency.

  • Unrealized Branding Potential

    • While HELLO’s brand stands out with its unique cultural blend, yet the mobile app hasn`t conveyed this spirit. The gap between brand promise and digital experience weakened the emotional connection with users.

The Solution

  • Complete redesign of the mobile app
    We conducted an audit of the current product, studied user scenarios and complaints, and then created a new design that aligns with the HELLO brand philosophy. 

  • Features` implementation tailored to the service needs
    Features have been added that directly reflect the specifics of carsharing applications: a convenient refueling scenario, searching for cars by photo in large parking lots, detailed car cards with specifications, descriptions of geozones, recommendations for trips outside the city, and much more.

  • Development and testing support
    BAR took charge of managing the process: approving prototypes, transferring layouts, checking each build, and conducting UX testing. We also advised the client's team on backend issues to ensure seamless integration of new features.

  • Preparing for the future brand refresh
    We have incorporated visual and UX solutions into the new app design that integrate seamlessly with the future brand update to minimize future development costs.

Introduction

BATERIA PARA LEVAR is a power bank rental service that helps residents and visitors of Florianópolis stay connected anywhere. When we joined, the client had no logo, brand identity, or digital assets—just an idea and ambition. The goal was clear: create a recognizable brand that would become a symbol of energy, mobility, and the modern urban rhythm.

The Problem

  1. Lack of visual identity
    The project started from zero, without a logo, style, or marketing assets, making it impossible to create a cohesive image and communication strategy.
     

  2. No ready-to-use brand assets
    There were no designs for stations, power banks, advertising materials, or rental interfaces.
     

  3. Undefined positioning
    The brand’s values needed to be clearly formulated and visually represented to attract both users and investors.

The Solution

1. Building the brand identity
Following a series of interviews with the client, we identified the brand’s key values: energy, movement, and accessibility.

  • Colors: bold indigo + vibrant aquamarine to grab attention and evoke speed and energy.
     

  • Symbol: dynamic lightning bolts as a metaphor for a constant energy flow.
     

  • Typography: friendly yet confident, emphasizing openness and technology.
     

2. Design across all touchpoints
We developed the logo, station wraps, power bank designs, advertising materials, and visuals for promotion.

3. Rental app interface
Designed an intuitive mobile app interface that allows users to quickly find stations and rent a power bank.

4. Fast delivery
The entire project—from concept to final assets—was completed in just two weeks.
