The turning point came during the COVID-19 pandemic. I was on the verge of losing my job due to organisational cost-cutting, and several of my close friends faced similar situations. Witnessing the uncertainty and struggle around me made me realise the importance of creating a more secure and resilient future, not just for myself, but for others as well. That moment sparked the determination to start my own venture, where I could build opportunities and stability for a team of like-minded professionals.

Coming from a family where pursuing a stable government job was considered the ideal path, choosing entrepreneurship wasn’t the most conventional decision. But my passion for creating something of my own and the desire to chase my dream gave me the courage to take that leap.

Finally, it paid off when I received a message from one of the clients I had worked with in the past. He reached out and offered me the opportunity to work on some small projects. That’s how I took my first step toward starting my own company. While I’m proud of how far I’ve come, I know there’s still a long way to go in my journey.

Our client needed to keep two different databases in sync until their new application was ready. This wasn't a one-time migration—it required continuous two-way real-time sync with full insert, update, and delete support.

Key Challenges:

  • Data could be inserted into either system
  • Avoid primary key conflicts
  • Handle hard vs. soft deletes
  • Support for schema changes with minimal code updates
