The numbers from Q1 2026 alone tell part of the story: Google Ads ROAS of 17.1x, €54,503 in attributed revenue across 364 tracked conversions, an average CPA of €873. Combined with Meta, the overall ROAS reached 97x. Over 12 months, e-commerce revenue totalled €512,000, with a December 2025 peak of €77,793, up +156% from the April baseline. 2,862 transactions, average order value €179. The top product, Acqua di Sale, generated €110,100 in revenue and 999 units sold, 21.5% of total e-commerce on its own. Profumum Roma is a niche perfumery maison founded in 1996, distributed across 130 countries with 62 active SKUs. Before Bliss, the brand had strong heritage and international distribution, but no structured digital acquisition system. When Doreca came to us, the TikTok account did not exist. Today it counts 30,129 followers built in a few months of pure organic management, with a peak of 2.5 million video views, a daily record of 164,873 views and three pieces of content pinned above one million views each. On Instagram, the account rebranding generated +71% follower growth in a single month, from under 1,000 to 5,747. On Google Ads, the search CTR reached 13.36%, in a sector where the benchmark sits between 3 and 5%.

Doreca is a leading Ho.Re.Ca. distribution operator with a capillary commercial network built over years of on-the-ground work. The challenge was not to go digital, it was to transform a non-existent digital presence into an operational asset capable of working alongside the sales force, amplifying every store opening, every product launch, every commercial relationship. Bliss managed the full mandate: social media strategy, content creation, digital identity rebranding, Meta and Google advertising, and direct support for 12 retail openings across Rome, Pomezia and Olbia, each with a dedicated strategy, local advertising and a launch event. Risivi & Co. is a jewellery brand with a family history and a client base that includes artists from the Italian urban and hip-hop scene, including collaborations that have appeared in GQ, La Repubblica and Vogue. The positioning was already there, but it was not being governed. Bliss worked for 24 months with full oversight across strategy, content, media and distribution, building the system that was missing: a coherent identity across all touchpoints, continuous governance, activation of over 9 artists and personalities as brand ambassadors, and an editorial presence capable of placing the brand in the leading cultural publications. The +15,000 followers gained across managed channels during this period were not the result of aggressive paid campaigns — they were the consequence of a positioning that had started to work.

The project started with 0 Instagram followers and a mandate to communicate 2,050 years of a city's history. Ten months later, the account had reached 5,074 followers, +528% organic growth, no paid acquisition. In July alone, the community grew by +112%, with 1,431 new followers in a single week driven by a teaser campaign built around the line "Don't follow us if...". More than 80% of users reached throughout the period were people outside the existing community, new audiences discovering the city for the first time through the content. Total views across Instagram and TikTok reached 1.2 million. Meta CPC was maintained between €0.16 and €0.26, the industry benchmark for institutional communication sits at €0.45. In August, the website received 7,000 unique visitors with an average session of 3 to 4 minutes, and 94,000 unique users were reached across paid channels at maximum efficiency.

Aostae 2025 is the institutional project promoted by the Comune di Aosta and the Regione Autonoma Valle d'Aosta to celebrate 2,050 years since the city's founding. The complexity of the mandate went well beyond content creation: Bliss acted as a single coordination hub across multiple public bodies with different decision-making structures, timelines and communication objectives, managing advisory, brand identity, Instagram and TikTok content, Meta advertising, a website with interactive calendar, booking and live streaming hub, and the activation of 5,000 digital ambassadors across the territory. The result was not a campaign. It was a digital infrastructure built to outlast the event and serve the city's cultural positioning for years to come.

In six months of management Charles Philip Milano's Instagram profile grew from approximately 400 followers to 4,023, a +905% increase from the start of the collaboration. But the figure that matters most for a luxury footwear brand with international wholesale ambitions is not the follower count: it is the 95.8% of reach coming from non-follower accounts, people who did not know the brand and encountered it for the first time through the content. 209,400 accounts reached in the final period, +190% compared to the first month of management. 423,200 total Instagram impressions, +180% period over period. Clicks to the website from Instagram grew from 576 to 1,350, +134%, the profile stopped being a showcase and started functioning as a direct acquisition channel.

Charles Philip Milano is a 100% handcrafted Made in Italy footwear brand, produced in the Parabiago luxury shoe district near Milan, with a collection spanning loafers, slippers and women's footwear. Bliss managed a full six-month mandate: social media, SEO, e-commerce, Google Shopping, email marketing and support for the brand's presence at Pitti Uomo 106 in Florence, the most important B2B platform in the world for men's fashion.
