Amazing customer support during crunch time

We were finding it hard to sustain our customer base during Covid-19. A lot of customers were unable to reach the limited support options we had. We outsourced to Bluechip Call Center and things changed quickly. There was a constant rise in CSAT and the AHT was also much low, which allowed every customer to access support in a short amount of time. We really liked the fact that Bluechip Call Center proactively provided us the Live Chat option. It is working wonderfully well along with phone-support. Customers are back and we are doing much better than before.

Call center outsourcing that has stimulated our business growth

Our business has been in good hands since we outsourced to Bluechip Call Center. The customer communication has improved and there is a general rise in customer trust. We like the fact that our vendor is professional and always ready to help. They have even helped us strategize our call center strategy. They use IVR for automating self-care. The information is gathered in a secure manner and security is always kept as a top priority. Overall, we are happy with the outsourcing project so far.
