I hired them to perform seo on my shopify store. Job kind of started off on the wrong foot and a little slow to get going on things. Poor communication is my biggest complaint. This is partially due to the fact that they are on the other side of the globe, so night and day are mixed up. I'm not a fan of having to wait 24 hours to get a reply back to a question or concern. Time is money. I also felt like they could have stayed in communication a little bit better about what was going on. The quality of their work was great, and I am pleased with results so far.
