Bar Lettera, a newly unveiled contemporary Italo-Australian bar and restaurant is establishing itself as one of the most exciting additions to North Sydney's vibrant scene. Born Social launched Bar Lettera's digital and social presence to introduce this lavish hospitality venue to the market.

Brief:

It was crucial that a curated content approach was initiated to ensure a successful opening for Bar Lettera. Their brand philosophy of harmoniously merging classic Italian influences with an Australian flair needed to be reflected across social media and the website through the use of eye-catching graphics and stunning imagery in order to capture the curiosity of potential visitors and audiences. Strong brand awareness was essential from the moment the venue opened its doors, with a strong focus on maintaining popularity across the first year of operations. Born Social's vision involved curating a captivating social media strategy destined to showcase Bar Lettera's modernist Italian designs and an all-day menu featuring refined Australian classics. This was also reflected in the development of their website, ensuring each page flowed in an intuitive and user-friendly way to encourage online reservations to be booked seamlessly and hassle-free viewing of food, drink, and set menus. We successfully launched Bar Lettera's exciting debut within Sydney's competitive hospitality sector and educated, engaged, and converted new followers into customers.


RESULTS:

In less than six months, Bar Lettera's Instagram has amassed nearly 4,000 followers. One of our launch strategy Reels achieved remarkable engagement, with 132k views (and counting), over 1.7k shares and 720 saves.
