I am the co-owner of Hypemedia, we are selling eCommerce products in Netherlands.

I am the Executive Director at Kidstuff Pty Ltd. Managing retail chain in Australia & now in India & other south Asian countries. We sell & export children toys and accessories.

In 2018 we built our online website in custom Java framework, but had a lot issues with upgrade & adding features. So, we decided to go with famous and top leading ecommerce platform. Then, designing of latest styles to sell children toys, Australian payment methods ZipPay & AfterPay integration, Shipping methods setup, drop shipping features implementation. A team leader, with 3 programmers & designers team was assigned for 3 months.

The store was ready in June 2020, and we are having great response from our new & old customers. Income of the store is double in just 2 months of new launch. 90% customers are purchasing from mobile now, it's our main benefits.

Newsletter integration is also helping us to reach more customers.

ERP & Accounting are also connected with our ecommerce admin system, so it's easy to collect data.

Everyday we used to have kick off meeting with team to get updates, resolving queries in requirement, feedbacks.

We setup our PMS system BaseCamp, and added all team to make communication, project updates. Zoom & Skype was our video calling ways.

They should do automated & load testing in ecommerce stores they build, because now days a lot customers & hackers down the stores to benefit competitors. It was missing I found in Born Techies services.

Born Techies is focused on ecommerce services only, it helped us get all ecommerce issues we had in our old website. Programmer team was cool & supportive. Our project was completed in June 2020, still we are getting very nice services on one call.

We had a project called In Common Beauty - en eCommerce store to sell Beauty products online in all over the US. Stunning & fantastic looking website was required.

Through Upwork freelancing website we got connected with Born Techies Solutions & Jaydeep. Their eCommerce portfolio was fabulous. As well, we checked their reviews on google & clutch. All found good.

First we started to share our main project requirement & goals. Wireframes we already had. The designs was started developed by Born Techies. Our client got fabulous response from customer buying their favourite beauty products online. Within 3 months our most of the products are on 1st page of google. Not just females, males are also our customers who want to gift to their wives/sisters/other family members. 70% plus revenue In Common has in 2019, and hoping more in 2020 & next years as well.

Stock management facilities are superb in admin panel, it's easy for in-house staff as well.

Skype was main channel for the communication, github for code version control, and email communication was also the best.

My company name is Missy Empire, and I the Founder & Managing Director. In London we have business to sell women fashion & apparel brands. All designs of apparel are made by our inhouse designers. Started business in 2007-08, now we are top selling brands in fashion sector of London.
