“Honestly, they listened more than they pitched, built the whole system around how we actually talk.”
Michael showed up at the shop with a laptop. I described what we were building—a reprieve from the modern coffee shop thing, vintage and slow, weird in the right way. He didn't pitch us. He listened, asked a few questions, and two weeks later sent something back that already sounded like us. From there, Branded Mayhem built the entire system around Moon Wolf Provisions. Michael coordinated the logo and type system with Sarah Ratliff, who also did the cowboy and cowgirl illustrations, worked with my brother Stu on video production, designed the website, set up our email system, built the Wolfpack signup list that gave us 200 people before we opened, handled our Google listings, and secured press coverage in CultureMap, Hoodline, and Community Impact. Everything has a consistent voice running through it—and none of it feels like a brand pretending to be us. It feels like us. Opening day on April 18, the line never stopped.
