This has been the worst experience I have had so far in my business. They promised me so many things and have not delivered on any promise. I have asked for my money back several times. I have begged them to help me and even have lost thousands in business revenue because of the negligence and they still have not delivered. They tried to trick me into paying more money after I have paid $6000 by giving me false information that I needed a special security added to my site. They promised me my website would be finished in 8 to 10 business days and that was over 6 months ago and my website is still not functional. I have had several new project managers on my project but still nothing. They keep asking me to start over and give the same information over and over and over to new project managers and still nothing gets done correctly. I am having to learn word press myself to figure out how to build my website and now trying to get my site information to put on a different host in order to get another company to help me but they will not give me this information. I just discovered they had never set up my UPS account after giving this information on a few different occasions and I was listed on my site as the UK. DO NOT use them they are not who they say they are. Most people still can not find my website by just typing it into the search bar. I have spent so much money and lost so much money with this company and I am still being held hostage by them.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Nothing about this company I can give any good feedback on.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

They do not have any follow up. They move you from one project manager to the next and you have to start over. They need a customer service team who will help the customers when the team is not doing their job. I got an email asking about my service and when I said I needed to speak to someone because I wasnt happy they never called me back.

Oscar the narcissits!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been dealing with Mr. Oscar since late April. Oscar designed my logo and the logo turned out nice. I decided to give the company the opportunity to help me design my website that was only suppose to take two weeks, that now has turned to two months. He upgraded me for an additional $1k to integrate this supposed to be top of the line API system, that by the way never happen due to my vendor not allowing access for what ever reason. When the API access got denied from my vendors, Oscar told me that it had gotten approved and would be released with in 24/48 hours I decided to reach out to my vendors and they advised me that they don't allow such access. So I am wondering who Mr Oscar spoke with?? I asked to speak with a manager that Oscar told me would not be available to me for 24/48 per Mr Oscar again, so I decided to reach out to Branded Web studios myself and request to speak to some one above Oscar. Low and behold I got a manager Mr Steven Fitzpatrick on the phone.. I still in misbelief how unprofessional this entire company is. Mr Fitzpatrick got on the phone like he was going to save the day. Well I'm sorry to say nothing has been resolved. I asked for a refund for the API coding, they tried to give me a hard time but ended up refunding me in 13DAYS!!! that I still have not RECEIVED!! Then he had the nerve to try to upsell me again to an Amazon API (you got to be kidding me right) I would never ever recommend or use this company again. They caused me to miss deadlines and money that they will not take ownership that they messed up.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

when I first started dealing with Oscar he was very attentive, a little tardy with dead lines though. But the overall experience cause me not to like anything about this company. All they want is money and they don't deliver the product.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

EVERYTHING!

I was dealing with this company and a man by the name of Brian Williams talked to me online. I was very interested in having the company build my website. I had an appointment on the phone for the next day and I forgot because of a family emergency. My son hurt his hand by falling with the ladder. I did not get around to texting Brian Williams due to the events at home and our other obligations. Brian Williams texts me and tells me off like a jilted teenager. He was a real jerk to me about not being at his call or responding to him pronto. Life happens, he should learn. Never burn bridges, he should learn. I realize now that if I had dealt with him doing business and something did not go right after I paid the money he would have been rude and mean to me. I would have been filled with regret. I am the customer and should be treated well with respect. When I told him he was a jerk for the way he treated me... He tells me that the line is recorded? So what, it was on the text of course it was a record. I did nothing wrong. I'm the customer. He treated me disrespectfully and totally ungrateful for my possible business. I noticed too that the reviews online about this company are bad and it did give me hesitation. I am glad I had this delay to see his response to me. He showed his true self. Customers who are about to spend a lot of money don't need this type of attitude. If you don't hear from a customer, be kind after all if he were legit, he would have texted me with something nice, like is there a better time? Has something come up? Sorry we missed each other. When you have time, call me. Here I am worried and upset about my family injury and he sends me several mean text telling me... I quote, "Ma'am this is not the way. If you don't want to work with us so you can just simply say that. Ignoring my calls doesn't make sense." To that I say... what an idiot. The appointment was on the phone yesterday and I missed it. It's not the end of the world. Things come up, people forget, people have things happen. You tell off someone who is about to pay $1000. 00 to you? To me, he sounds very desperate making me feel like this is a scam. A normal, legit business would not have behaved like a jilted It makes me think this company is a scam. Be cautious. In all my years, I have not had this happen for a missed call. Especially when someone wants my business.

Company stole $1872 for a service they never did and never gave my money back. They are a scam.

Company claims they have an exclusive deal with Trustpilot. So they took my money and told me they were going to set us up with an upgraded Trustpilot account. They never did set up n account and Trustpilot had never heard of them. They stole my money and never gave it back. And I never had an upgraded Trustpilot account set up by them. Fly by night scam company.
Pros :

  • Do what you say you are going to do and stop lying.

The logo design services were up to the mark. They handled my project very effectively. Furthermore, one of the main things about them is their quality-based approach. I will be coming with another service soon.
