I was dealing with this company and a man by the name of Brian Williams talked to me online. I was very interested in having the company build my website. I had an appointment on the phone for the next day and I forgot because of a family emergency. My son hurt his hand by falling with the ladder. I did not get around to texting Brian Williams due to the events at home and our other obligations. Brian Williams texts me and tells me off like a jilted teenager. He was a real jerk to me about not being at his call or responding to him pronto. Life happens, he should learn. Never burn bridges, he should learn. I realize now that if I had dealt with him doing business and something did not go right after I paid the money he would have been rude and mean to me. I would have been filled with regret. I am the customer and should be treated well with respect. When I told him he was a jerk for the way he treated me... He tells me that the line is recorded? So what, it was on the text of course it was a record. I did nothing wrong. I'm the customer. He treated me disrespectfully and totally ungrateful for my possible business. I noticed too that the reviews online about this company are bad and it did give me hesitation. I am glad I had this delay to see his response to me. He showed his true self. Customers who are about to spend a lot of money don't need this type of attitude. If you don't hear from a customer, be kind after all if he were legit, he would have texted me with something nice, like is there a better time? Has something come up? Sorry we missed each other. When you have time, call me. Here I am worried and upset about my family injury and he sends me several mean text telling me... I quote, "Ma'am this is not the way. If you don't want to work with us so you can just simply say that. Ignoring my calls doesn't make sense." To that I say... what an idiot. The appointment was on the phone yesterday and I missed it. It's not the end of the world. Things come up, people forget, people have things happen. You tell off someone who is about to pay $1000. 00 to you? To me, he sounds very desperate making me feel like this is a scam. A normal, legit business would not have behaved like a jilted It makes me think this company is a scam. Be cautious. In all my years, I have not had this happen for a missed call. Especially when someone wants my business.
