Brilliant Systems helped us design and implement a sophisticated AI-driven risk analysis tool tailored for the financial sector. They were very open to hearing our inputs, and they were good at collaborating to get us where we needed to go. Despite the huge time difference between us, they were good at working around our schedule to get things done. We had many problems throughout the course of our partnership, but it was quite normal for any new website. We were impressed that they swiftly solved our issues and their turnaround time was only 2–3 days. On top of that, they immediately responded to our emails. Apart from email, we also used Zoom calls to communicate with each other. Then, we used GitHub and Jira as our project management tools.

We communicate via email and Zoom and rely on Jira for project management.Brilliant Systems has efficient reporting and resource tracking skills that help maintain our project’s stability and timeline-oriented. Additionally, their project managers are a breeze to work with.

We had bi-weekly meetings to stay on track and Aiffity worked within Ball Aerospace's existing project management software to manage releases, tickets, and communicate with various Ball Aerospace employees throughout development.

Brilliant Systems delivered an engaging, beautiful website, which was well-received . Their team impressed us with their genuine desire to understand the firm's business goals for our website. They were also professional, timely, and communicated via email and virtual meetings.

Brilliant Systems utilized Active Collab, which was easy to follow along with updates and communicate with team members. Our project lead always communicated timelines to us to keep us on track. This was a heavy lift for our organization due to time constraints, and always having a project manager available and willing to work with us helped immensely.

Before working with Brilliant Systems , I had meetings with multiple suppliers. I noticed these companies had an old-school approach to design, and the outcome wasn't outstanding and didn't meet my expectations. I also work with a different design company that always asks what I want instead of providing suggestions. However, sometimes customers don't know what they want. This company works based on my suggestions, and if I change my idea, they need to change the design model and charge more. Brilliant Systems's team is very creative and provides good design suggestions.

This project went great. Brilliant System’s team was fantastic at responding to our needs immediately, always staying on top of things. They kept track of every detail using a centralized Gantt chart, which made it easy for everyone to follow along and stay aligned. Their project management was excellent; they consistently delivered items on time and were incredibly proactive in addressing any concerns or changes we had. It was clear that they were dedicated to making sure everything was perfect, and they really made the process smooth and efficient.

We use Trello for project management, and they’ve adapted to it really well; their feedback is clear, and they always tag us correctly. The team updates us constantly, and they’re on top of the details. Moreover, they have good and prompt communication through Trello and Slack. Although we’ve had Zoom calls with them, I prefer asynchronous communication, and they’re great at that.
