DIY Home Center approached us with a recurring challenge faced by their business and sales department: customers struggling to find the correct deck plugs and screws for their decks, based on brand and color. Prior to DeckMatch, the existing solution relied on cumbersome Excel files shared by the brands, leading to confusion and frustration. DIY Home Center aimed to set itself apart from competitors by offering a user-friendly tool that allowed customers to easily search and select the right items for their decks based on brand and color.

The challenge was to develop a customer-centric solution that provided a seamless and intuitive deck plug and screw selection experience.

The tool needed to integrate with the existing NetSuite records containing the necessary information while ensuring logical functionality and optimal search engine optimization (SEO) positioning.

Following a detailed technical document provided by DIY Home Center, outlining the desired features and utilizing the NetSuite records, we embarked on developing DeckMatch. The tool was designed to empower customers to independently search for the deck plugs and screws they needed, specifically targeting brands and colors. Our team conducted a thorough requirement analysis to ensure all aspects of the solution aligned with DIY Home Center's vision and requirements.

We partnered with a leading printer supplies retailer in Australia to enhance their customer experience and streamline the process of finding the right printer cartridges. By implementing a simple configurator named "Find Your Cartridge in 3 Easy Steps," we revolutionized the way customers navigate their extensive product catalog, making the cartridge selection process quick, accurate, and hassle-free.

We developed a user-friendly configurator that enabled customers to find the right cartridges in just three simple steps. 
The configurator consisted of an intuitive form with three inputs: printer brand, family, and model. Customers could easily navigate through the options and select their printer details accurately.
