Describe your project in brief
I was trying to reduce the number of complaints we were getting on our customer service side by increasing the quality of our customer service at a reasonable cost.
Call Masters BPO acts as our customer service center. Initially, I provided them with as much information as I had related to everything they needed to know to do their job. Based on that information, they were able to identify all the gaps we had and the things our customer service was lacking.
I was referred to them through someone. I have worked with many vendors in the past, but they have a very responsive team that I can message and get instantaneous responses. Also, their quality is top-notch.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Agent's emotional intelligence and professionalism performed very well by being empathetic and using human touch in their interactions.
Responsive and ability to adapt to our needs and scale their workforce when needed
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
I can’t think of anything at the moment. We’re satisfied with their work.
