What is the story behind starting this company?
Before starting Cannibals, I used to work as a freelance content writer & marketer for various companies online. Gaining popularity on UpWork, and in the blogosphere motivated me to start a content marketing agency. Eventually, we evolved into a full-fledged digital marketing firm working with big brands.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have a team of 30+ marketers, analysts, creators, and developers, and we focus on working together with businesses to create, implement and execute strategies to help them understand, navigate and grow their marketplaces.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Recognized and awarded by multiple authorities for outstanding services, Cannibals is not your everyday digital marketing company. We are a strategic-thinking team of inbound digital marketing experts with a creative border.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We are open to all kinds of industries but in recent years, we have accommodated 70% of our clientele from the Home Decor, SaaS & eCommerce industries. We have been working with Canvaspop for over 3 years now, worked with Monday.com until last year.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
As mentioned earlier, we’re a full-service marketing agency but we specialize in SEO & content marketing. Guest posting and link building are our most sought-after services under the SEO umbrella.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Communication is the key and we take feedback very seriously. This has been very successful for us in retaining some of our best clients for over 2-3 years now. I am very proud to say that all the long-term clients that we work with are 100% satisfied with our work and if there’s any scope of improvement, we’re always listening.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We primarily rely on email discussion and schedule bi-weekly meetings online to discuss the strategies and rectify and issues.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Depends on the client and the kind of services that they require, but mostly Pay per Milestone. One more thing that I’d like to point out is that have never asked for advance payments with any of our clients. This has helped our clients build trust and confidence in our services.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We always like to work on new challenges, even if they’re budget constraints. We have worked with startups with minimum budgets as well as $500 per month.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Minimum - $500

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Currently, we’re the top-rated digital marketing agency in our city and would like to increase that to the whole state. Moreover, I am not entirely sure as I believe in baby steps but would definitely like to grow as much as our clients, because, without mutual success, you’re just chasing capitalism.

The overall working experience with Cannibals was great. Learned to work in a team, and have mutual understanding.

Review Summary
Cannibals Media led our SEO and web design efforts to boost our organic traffic and help us reach out to a different target market. I wasn’t actively involved when they kicked off the engagement, but our team initially met with Cannibals for the project scoping and discussion of our goals and the website issues we were facing.
Based on their findings during the discovery phase, their team formulated the marketing and branding strategies we must implement to achieve our goals. One of their main responsibilities was to regularly generate SEO keywords that optimized our online presence, especially for the internet users in Poland.
Apart from building SEO solutions, Cannibals also resolved our website issues by implementing site modifications to optimize its speed, design, and overall UX.

Cannibals is an excellent organization to work with...
Review Summary
Cannibals were always on time and budget with sales-building ideas. Back then, our communication was mostly email, phone, and face-to-face because they were local in our trading area. I manage our agencies by being part of the process, and they were always open to that. It was easy to have meetings over Google Meet.
