a)   CEPTES with its decade-old experience in product outsourcing built a composite application that used Salesforce as a launchpad to integrate their business systems via API.

b)   As soon as a lead comes to the CRM system, it receives a video KYC link. After the KYC process finishes, Signzy sends the result of KYC back to the CRM system for the auditors to do the compliance assessment.

c)   Post-KYC data analysis reconciliation, escalation and Re-KYC to achieve business goals.

a) The leading US-based healthcare solution provider who was already having an existing IT system wanted to move into a Cloud-based application.

b)  They wanted to replicate all the current functionalities and ensuring all their legacy data seamlessly migrate into the new system.

c)  With the new Cloud system, they wanted to achieve below things:

• Schema & entities in source and target system.

• 100GB of highly sensitive legacy data migration

• Migration of workflow history

• Existing configuration in the new system for delta loads

Solutions Provided:

a)  The customer has suggested using Informatica for data migration as they were using it across all divisions, we have worked with the Informatica team to achieve the project goal.
b)  CEPTES has offered the data migration activity plan based on the implementation.
c)  All data type issues, as well as data issues, were taken care of.
d)  Our offered approach to workflow history & audit trail import successfully met Trackwise Digital Platform application audit trail & workflow history.
e)  Seamlessly imported data with the same created date and last modified date.
f)   Approach for turning off all the configuration in the existing system to load delta data.
g)  Ownership of records in Salesforce to make sure data is secure and shared with authorized users.

Results:

a)  A 4-member team of Platform experts from CEPTES worked with the customer & the vendor throughout the entire implementation process & various testing phases to ensure project success.
b)  Production migration was successful which took a week's time to load different entities.
c) 100GB of highly sensitive legacy data along with the audit trail data was successfully migrated to the new Cloud system.

Challenges Faced:

a)   End-to-end integration of their product with the Salesforce platform .

b)   To adapt their existing product technology so that it is compatible with       Salesforce Technology .

c)   To ease the onboarding of existing users to Salesforce while avoiding licensing issues.

d)  Capturing the viewer's information and sending it to the CRM system for analysis.

Solutions Offered:

a) Our PDO experts identified, designed, and implemented an AppExchange solution for them that integrates well with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud.

b) Rather than rebuilding the video solution from scratch, we embedded the existing web application into Salesforce without jeopardizing its security.

c) We built a two-way integration between the 2 systems: Animaker-Salesforce.

d)  Added a video turnstile feature to the solution by leveraging Salesforce Platform Events. 

Results:

a) The embedding of the existing application saved a significant amount of time & money, as well as accelerated the time to market.

b) The existing Animaker subscribers were able to easily onboard onto the Salesforce system.

c)  All of the video viewers' information was automatically sent to the Salesforce system via email turnstile.

d) The two-way integration allowed to share the data from the Salesforce system to the Animaker system if needed.

e) The solution boosted the customer engagement rates for the Sales, Marketing, & Service Departments.
