Chimplie

We hired Chimplie to help us transform our company into an online car selling and buying service. This included building a new website, an admin system and a complete rebranding of the company. Chimplie presented us with a few development teams and the decision basis for us to be able to choose between them. After that we received great help with the setup of PM processes and specifications (user flow, user stories, basic wireframing). Chimplie has been there along the way and has helped us with PM and to make our offshore development as smooth as possible. Since we didn’t have an internal CTO we also hired Chimplie CTO services to conduct a due dilligence of the dev teams and suggest and enforce improvements. We also liked the Chimplie bot in Slack that helped us keep track of the everyday work of the devs and PM:s involved in the project. It gives the PO a quick overview of what was done the day before, what is planned to be done the next day and if the devs have any blockers.

Working with Chimplie is a great experience. They are very professional and very transparent. I enjoyed their professionalism and their way of telling me what wórks and what doesn't, always being very careful with not overstepping budgets or boundaries.
