Bought a ready-made whitelabel solution that was suppose to take 2 months to setup and launch, 4 years later still no working solution provided and they refuse to refund me. True scammers and unethical.

When I asked for my refund, they always refuse by giving me empty promises, unfortunately they are in India and there is really not much I can do. Use them at your own RISK, you have been warned.
