What Users Like The Most

They are able to complete projects on time and within my budget.
Tha competence in web development especially in Angular technology and the good proacitvity of the developers
Knowledge and flexibility. They take on board our requirements and then enhance the product with suggestions of their own.

At this time, they are doing everything I need them to.
They can improve on unit testing but we were very satisfied with their work
Whilst their English is good it is a second language to these guys. Sometimes the stand-ups take a while due to interpretations.

Great experience with Code Care

I've worked with Code Care on a few projects. Some have been essentially handing off previous projects to them to run, and in others, I've worked directly with their developers on a technical level.

Code Care is good on the tech level, but also good with communication. We get daily reports as to what's being done, active comments on tickets, etc. I'm very pleased with Code Care.

Professional and reliable

Great development company

What is the story behind starting this company?

My passion for innovation started 7 years ago as a front-end developer at a small creative agency. A few years later, I gathered a team of like-minded people who cannot imagine their life without coding. For the convenience of our clients, we try to be as flexible as possible in matters of payment for our services. If the scope of work is approved and agreed upon, we work on a Fixed Cost payment model. It is also possible to split the project into sprints or milestones (1-2 weeks) and then payment will be made Pay per Milestone, respectively.

The minimum budget we can start with is 10 000 USD.

Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?

In ten years, I would like to increase the number of our employees to 1000 people. I hope that we will be able to double the number of our offices and R&D centers in the USA and Europe in order to be as accessible as possible to our clients. I also think that we will be able to significantly increase the number of our long-term clients, thanks to the constant improvement of processes within the company, transparent communication, and the implementation of the Quality Management system.
