What is the story behind starting this company?
My passion for innovation started 7 years ago as a front-end developer at a small creative agency. A few years later, I gathered a team of like-minded people who cannot imagine their life without coding. In five years, the Code&Care team has grown from a bunch of tech enthusiasts to 80 + outstanding specialists who really love what they do.

Code&Care is an in-house company that offers highly qualified software developers to fulfill a wide range of client’s tasks and business requirements. Our team is constantly growing and expanding its technological expertise.
We are flexible and provide our clients with various models of cooperation. In addition to the classic outsourced interaction model, we provide dedicated development teams and IT staff augmentation services.

We have a wide business domain experience, as you can see in our portfolio. Mostly we work with Blockchain/Crypto, Fintech, Travel/Booking, SaaS, E-commerce/Marketplace, Healthcare.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Our most popular service is software product development that includes both MVP development and creating full-fledged products from scratch. Code&Care also provides seasoned developers on-demand for existing businesses to fulfill the lack of the necessary technical expertise.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
90% of our clients refer us to their business partners. And almost 50% of them return with new projects. I’m sure that this is a positive trend.
Code&Care always remains one big welcoming family. And we treat each of our clients as a part of our family too. Therefore, we always keep our processes transparent and are ready to endorse continuous communication to keep our customers satisfied.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Our clients have full access to our reports and receive information about the progress of the project on a daily basis. The service desk is in the zone of responsibility of our project managers, that provide uninterrupted communication, respecting our client’s timezone and business processes. We are always in touch. And we make every effort to resolve any urgent issues within 24 hours.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
For the convenience of our clients, we try to be as flexible as possible in matters of payment for our services. If the scope of work is approved and agreed upon, we work on a Fixed Cost payment model. It is also possible to split the project into sprints or milestones (1-2 weeks) and then payment will be made Pay per Milestone, respectively.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
The minimum budget we can start with is 10 000 USD.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
Our price range in 2020 was between 10 000 USD and 500 000 USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In ten years, I would like to increase the number of our employees to 1000 people. I hope that we will be able to double the number of our offices and R&D centers in the USA and Europe in order to be as accessible as possible to our clients. I also think that we will be able to significantly increase the number of our long-term clients, thanks to the constant improvement of processes within the company, transparent communication, and the implementation of the Quality Management system.
I consider the regular expansion and deepening of technological expertise as another most important direction of the company's development. The software development industry is constantly evolving and we make every effort to stay ahead of the curve.

Great experience with Code Care
Review Summary
I've worked with Code Care on a few projects. Some have been essentially handing off previous projects to them to run, and in others, I've worked directly with their developers on a technical level.
Code Care is good on the tech level, but also good with communication. We get daily reports as to what's being done, active comments on tickets, etc. I'm very pleased with Code Care.

Best thing about this company is their ability to come up amazing solutions to any problems that might come up. Not only where they able to build or project without much input but there where times that the input I gave them needed to be changed completely due to some issues we had with down-line vendors we where working with and Code&Care was able to help save us from these problems and come out even better in the end.

The only thing I would improve is I would have them come work right at our offices with us!
