We worked with Codescastle Software to develop Healio Appointment, a mobile application that lets patients search for doctors and book appointments while managing their schedules and receiving notifications. The team was responsive throughout the project and made a genuine effort to understand our requirements before starting development. Communication was smooth and direct—they were quick to address our feedback and implement changes promptly. When issues came up, they kept us informed before problems escalated, which meant we always knew what was happening. There were some adjustments needed during development, but the team handled them cooperatively and worked with us to find solutions. One thing that would have helped was more proactive updates during certain development stages to keep us informed about progress and upcoming milestones, but overall we had a positive experience and valued their commitment to delivering the project successfully.
