What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We cater to and have worked for a massive range of industries over the years – including but not limited to fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, fitness, food delivery, real estate, travel, sports, social networking, business, education, and entertainment.
Concerning the other half of the question, yes, we have a vast number of repeat clients – with an approximately 60% retention ratio. These repetitive clients primarily include marketing agencies, corporate clients, and government projects. Their decision to continue working with us is proof of their satisfaction with our services and the value we provide.

The customer satisfaction rate is extremely important to us. My team and I strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers, and their feedback is crucial in shaping our approach. To cater to customers’ needs, we take several steps.
Firstly, we actively listen to our customers through direct communication channels and by analyzing their interactions and feedback. This helps us understand their preferences, pain points, and expectations.
Secondly, we prioritize transparency. We ensure our customers are well-informed and provide reliable customer support, promptly addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Thirdly, we continuously improve our offerings based on customer feedback. We take their suggestions seriously, implementing relevant changes and enhancements to meet their needs better.

What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We place a strong emphasis on providing top-notch support to our clients. We want to ensure that their queries and issues are addressed promptly and effectively. That's why we offer a variety of channels for support, such as phone, email, and live chat. Our friendly and proficient team is always ready to lend a helping hand and provide personalized assistance.
Besides that, we genuinely value client feedback. It helps us continuously improve our support system and ensure their satisfaction throughout the journey.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Our payment structure varies depending on the size and scope of the project. We typically follow a payment structure for smaller projects involving an initial 50% upfront payment. Upon reaching a milestone, we require an additional 25% payment, and the remaining 25% is billed upon project completion.
For bigger projects, our payment structure is slightly different. We begin with a 40% upfront payment to initiate the project. Subsequently, we bill 30%, 20%, and 10% upon achieving specific milestones and successful project completion.
This payment structure allows for flexibility and ensures that both parties are satisfied with the progress and quality of work throughout the project timeline.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We have a set hourly rate for different services, allowing clients with varying budgets to utilize our services as long as they are willing to pay the hourly rate. However, it's important to note that we primarily mention hourly charges for smaller projects, such as basic design projects. For larger projects, we typically charge based on the overall project cost rather than an hourly rate. This approach enables us to accommodate clients with different budget ranges while ensuring fair compensation for the scope and complexity of the work involved.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
Well, it’s pretty difficult to give a maximum price range in development projects. On the minimum side, a standard website with a substantial online presence can cost anywhere between $2k - $5k. We do not have a limit for large-scale projects like web apps, portals, and mobile apps, as the price depends on the features, add-ons, etc. However, the biggest project we catered to in 2022 was a mobile/web app, a marketplace for small service providers. The cost of the project was $200k.

In the next 10 years, I envision Codment as a trailblazer in the IT space, transforming the way businesses operate and empowering them with advanced digital solutions.
