We enjoyed working with him very much and will be hiring him in the future. I especially like how patient and kind he was as our website was quite messed up and he helped us to simplify things. Many little things were very easy for him to accomplish and so he just made little changes for us many times as well as doing the big things - no problem.

We had a website on another platform that was supposed to be easy to add and edit yourself and it was not that easy. Word press was recommended to us to be able to do this DIY. We needed also a professional to make this switch, rebuild the website and be able to add interesting new features in the future.

Helpful attitude! Alok didn't make us feel inept or bad for any mistakes we had made and actually educated us so it never happens again by making little videos of how to do the basic things we need.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

It was a bit tricky to understand how switching to the template system worked. If we had known a little bit more how it functioned it could have been less work for everyone.
