Cosarn Technologies is a software development company based in Kampala, Uganda, building custom digital solutions for businesses, healthcare providers, and organizations across East Africa. Since our founding, we've focused on solving real operational problems through technology — not off-the-shelf software forced to fit, but systems designed around how our clients actually work.

Our flagship product, PearlCare, is a hospital management system built specifically for the realities of running a healthcare facility in Uganda — from patient records to billing — and is already in use by hospitals including Jenelle Hospital. We've also built e-procurement platforms designed around real institutional procurement workflows, complete with approval structures, supplier portals, and compliance controls, and PearlProcure, our scalable e-procurement product currently in development.

Beyond software products, we design and develop websites for businesses across a range of industries — including tourism and travel operators, where our work for Orika Africa, a premier East Africa safari and gorilla trekking operator, reflects our ability to build fast, conversion-focused, booking-ready sites for client-facing businesses with international audiences.

Our core services include custom software development, website design and development, mobile app development, systems integration (including MTN Mobile Money and telecom API integrations), database administration, cloud and DevOps services, cybersecurity services, and managed IT support.
