Vertosa creates the most effective and reliable active ingredients for infused product makers, dedicated to helping them launch and scale. Their patent-pending nano- and micro-emulsions are carefully designed for the specific needs of each of their customers. Their pre-suspended aqueous solutions empower customers to create incredibly homogeneous and stable products while maximizing bioavailability, clarity, and taste. 

Creative Chaos helped design and develop a portal for Vertosa, where customers can sign in to track their order status and view documents related to their orders.

In this website revamp engagement, our designers dug deep into their creative capacities and provided the client with more options than they asked for through a modern look and feel with the play of different color themes. We went above and beyond their expectations upholding the trust they put in us and delivered a design that fully encapsulated what the company stood for and offered. We were then tasked to develop the revamped designs on their website and take it live with a quick turnaround time. Moreover, the entire website was built on wordpress. In order to take it live in due time our developers swiftly developed the website on html, while working on wordpress in parallel. Once the website on html was live, the client was extremely pleased as they were able to meet their internal deadlines and go forward with their press release for promotion purposes.

We worked with a client who owns two US-based bicycle e-commerce stores. Our engagement with them focused on: reworking their UX strategy in order to provide a best-in-class shopping experience, with seamless browsability, a clear brand identity, and of course, quality customer care and community engagement. 

We conducted in-depth quantitative and qualitative UX/UI analysis, analyzed the online bicycle market and their competitors, outlined their user personas and pillars, and designed a user flow with complementary design mockups. This helped them envision their all-new UX, packed with gripping storytelling, effective incentivization and support features, and best-in-class browsing and purchasing experience. By the end of the engagement, the client was pleased to walk away with both comprehensive UX/UI insights and a better understanding of the market, their competitors, and their best possible product strategies.

Up My Art (UMA) is a fine art lending and borrowing platform, with the vision to unlock and expand the power & possibilities of fine art by increasing its visibility.

UMA partnered with us to develop their MVP by executing logo design, mapping out the user flow and creating UX wireframes and visual designs as part of their deliverables. With the help of our MVP development framework, our teams helped UMA by laying the foundations of their digital experience.

This was followed by the development of the website. Our team developed the website in 4 sprints with a pre-development sprint to brainstorm, plan and lay the groundwork for the website’s system architecture. The development team was also responsible for setting up payment platforms to complete the e-commerce experience. Since UMA’s platform was intended to host expensive artworks, the client also requested to integrate an ID verification system for authenticating its members.

We identified areas of improvement along with grasping the business idea for the digital product to map out the key features and functionalities in the form of a user flow. Our designers captured the essence of the brand through different variations of mood boards, colors, and photography. We determined what stylistic elements worked best and presented the client with three options for the mood board. Using the mood board the client found as the best fit, we designed the remaining elements of the travel planning module. At the end of the engagement, we agreed on the design and finalized the aesthetics and overall look and feel. The project has now progressed to the development phase and their MVP is currently being developed by our development teams.

ePallet is a wholesale eCommerce platform. Their prior branding and website user experience did not reflect their innovative approach to wholesale. They needed to revamp their brand identity and UX to more effectively attract and retain wholesale buyers and vendors. That’s where we came in. For their all-new brand identity, we designed a fresh and aesthetic logo and outlined complementary brand and audience characteristics, a vision statement, a tagline, and a comprehensive style guide for all their UX and marketing needs. In the experience design phase, we delivered pillars, user personas, a user flow, wireframes, visual designs, and a comprehensive prototype. At the end of it all, the client was happy to be one step closer to having a modern and easy-to-use solution to wholesale’s age-old problems.

Luminopia has a unique product offering. Pioneering a new class of treatments for neuro-visual disorders, they built a software product that generated therapeutic visual stimuli and delivered them to the patient through a virtual reality headset, using the eyes to stimulate the brain. 

Our journey with them began with a simple stakeholder/investor presentation deck which evolved into a relationship that continues till this day. The challenge was to make sure that the complex nature of a med-tech product was simplified for the average user. We worked with the team to rethink their branding and their web presence in the form of a new website that felt both fresh and friendly. We hope to help our client grow as they focus on making radical new products that can help improve human lives. We continue partnering with them to envision their designs.

We had a quick turnaround engagement with a sports wagering provider to enhance their product’s experience. The client’s product gave their enterprise partners the ability to combine live sports data and social interactions, with broadcast video which could overlay or enable a second-screen experience with real time personalized betting information with minimal effort. Their personalization element drove an increased number of wagering transactions and improved overall retention of users for selected sportsbooks.

The client partnered with Creative Chaos to build a strategic roadmap through a strategy engagement before designing and developing the user experience of the product. During this 4 week engagement, the UX Strategy team conducted internal and external user interviews validating the intended product experience and gauging the needs and wants of frequent and casual bettors as well as sports enthusiasts. We did an extensive market research, deep diving into the competitor analysis of the existing bet sphere along with best-in-class experiences. Workshops conducted with the client aided us in creating and delivering the core personas and experience pillars to map out the app flow which helped all stakeholders understand the depth and utility of the product.
